Because I bought mine used from someone, I went to a regular Lowe's to get the bolts; I just forgot what kind of bolt it was specifically to assist you.
Noodles for the pool. They can also be used to extend the arms. Someone used rebar in the middle of the noodles in an old training magazine to make them firmer and more realistic.
I'm not sure if the sequence can be separated. The B. There are two parts to this item. The body is attached to the base with six large screws. Someone might only need the bottom half and be willing to give the top half away.

I'd wanted one for a long time and finally got one! I think the base could use a little more sand, but it's a good workout and well-made. I like the details and the fact that I can change his height to make him the right size for me as an opponent. I did dress him up, but make sure you put him in a location where he doesn't appear to be hiding, because he has scared me a few times. I gave him the nickname Daniel, which means "hot. ".
"What a fine collection of individuals," I exclaim, "from the factory that makes Bob to these fine folk who sell him. " br> Almost at the same time, I was dealing with a defective Bob and receiving bad news from my doctor. br>I informed KJ Sports (and affiliates) that my Bob was a bad cast/mold that refused to align and the six screws would not go into their slots no matter what I tried. So I sent them some pictures, and they hooked me up with a brand new Bob! It's wonderful to come across a company that stands behind its products. br>I would buy from these wonderful people (and their company) without hesitation. br>br>Mark, I'd like to express my heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you.
I've been punching, elbowing, kneeing, and kicking it for quite some time now. It appears to be in good condition. In place of sand or water, I used pebbles as a base. Mold growing inside the base is the last thing you want to happen. Unlike a heavy bag, you can target specific areas to practice your strikes. br>br>I like this because it allows you to target specific areas to practice your strikes. In addition, the adjustable height is fantastic. It's simple to adjust and extends your striking range of motion. This is something I would recommend to anyone who uses a heavy bag or wants to improve their strike accuracy.

Three stars because I'm sure I received a faulty product from a reputable company. After only two uses, my BOB broke three times. I'm either Bruce Lee or a defect allowed me to punch the screws out of the product, leaving the metal housings intact but ripping out the threading. I might have to take a look at this product to see if there are any issues with the others in my production batch.
Bob, as a single father, relaxes in our living room, surrounded by playstations and electric guitars. My now-13-year-old son received it as a Christmas present. When he's bored, he'll ALWAYS punch it. All of his friends rush over and punch it in the face. During a sleepover, he was punched by three different 13-year-olds and an 8-year-old. Bob didn't seem to mind in the least. It has undoubtedly contributed to the crew's continued activity over the last year. Now that I've got one, I'll never be without one.
"If my brother wants a naked, rubber man for Christmas, he'll get a naked, rubber man!" I declared. " He enjoys thrashing it and practicing his choke holds on it. It's been almost a year since he got it, and it's still holding up. By the way, my younger brother stands at 5'10" and weighs 170 lbs.
I downgraded from BobXL, which lasted me two years, in the hopes of saving some money. This Bob isn't going to last half as long. Despite using a lot of thread lock on the first try, the screws on this dummy came loose. We are unable to return it due to the fact that the empty box was left outside and became wet. The issue with screws is that they are designed in such a way that they use flat head screws with nuts that are embedded in plastic and spin out in place as the screw is tightened. The nuts can be accessed and held in place with small channel locks while tightening the screws with some difficulty, but the screws still manage to work loose despite all of your efforts and the thread lock. Save yourself the trouble and get the BobXL instead.
