Is this a size for adults?

The mouth guards are made for people who are 5 years old or younger. We have a lot of players in high school and college, but we have a lot of 15-year-olds as well. They are worn by players in the National Football League (NFL). They really are a one-size-fits-all solution.

Is there a helmet-to-mouth guard strap included?

Yes, it is.

What method did you use to clean it? Is it true that there aren't any instructions included?

After each use, rinse it with water and scrub it clean with a toothbrush. That's what I do, at the very least.

Will this be suitable for my ten-year-old child?

Yes, it will fit your son's mouth, and it also looks cool. My son is 6 years old, and I didn't have to make any changes.

Durability suffers as a result of poor design

tl; dr - Believe the one-star reviews. . . it looks great, feels comfortable at first, but the durability is poor. For a week (4 practices, 2), this product was used. 5 hours each) and it ripped apart, rendering it useless. br>br>See attached photo. . . I circled the damaged area. br>br>From the design (as opposed to a name brand like Battle or Shock Doctor), it appears to have a gap between the upper and lower tooth rests. This area is extremely comfortable, but it is also a point of failure, as it quickly breaks down. As a result, it has become ineffective, inconvenient, and, above all, dangerous. I didn't bite into it hard or chew on it, but even if I had done so unconsciously, my old ones didn't break down. br>br>I'm disappointed, but I suppose we'll have to go back to name brands. I'm willing to pay a little more for Battle (my first choice) or Shock Doctor (my second choice). Both brands have been in my possession for more than two years and are still going strong. I like how the Battle brand provides a little extra protection. br>br>I really want to like this mouthguard, but I can't. =(br>br>I hope this information was useful.

The strap broke and I couldn't fix it, so it didn't last long. Obviously, the kids chewed them up a lot, so they broke down much faster than other brands.
