In case you're wondering if it will fit kids, I have a son who is 6 years old and he fits perfectly. As well as my son, I did not need to trim the edges of his lips. You have to be very careful since you have nothing to rest your upper and lower front teeth on in order to get the huge air opening in the front. A thick pad rests between your upper and lower molars to prevent your teeth from bumping into one another. Trying as hard as I could, I barely got my lower and upper teeth to touch when biting as hard as I could.

I bought it for my son who is 11 years old, who plays As a result of all the chewing, and the fact that some of the mouth guards were too big, we thought that he might not be taking enough air while playing. As I read the reviews, I was amazed at the new technology in As a result, I was concerned he wouldn't be able to fit in it. This is not the case. The fit was perfect and the water did not boil! As well as protecting his lips and teeth, it also acts as a preventative measure. As he plays, he feels as though he's getting so much air!.
