If you like a product that really can't be removed without sandblasting, this might be the perfect solution for you. This is not what you'd like if you want something more (as in, at least somewhat) water soluble. During a recent gym session, I had wanted to find a product to keep my legs from chafing. If you're a lifeguard, this is probably the right cleaner for you. It goes on like bearing grease, is easy to wash off, and keeps you dry. This is not who I am, nor is it what it is. When it comes to chafing prevention, it does a good job. I wouldn't call it great, but it's.
There is some chafing with this stuff, but not much. This is an excellent product.
In addition to marathons, ultra-marathons and Ironman triathlons, I also run long distances. Do not chafe when it comes to As an added bonus, it stays strong even after the swim portion of a Triathlon when other products tend to wash away afterward and need to be reapplied before going.

The product adheres well to the skin and a little is enough for a lot. It makes a good lip balm as well. You can dab it on any hot spot to cool it down. It might seem like a lot to buy a 1 pound jar, but it is much more cost-effective than a.
For the heels and lace pads, use a good, old-fashioned skin lube.
In addition to doing 30 marathons and 3 Ironman races, I have tried several other events and products, but this stuff is the best. Efficacious and affordable. Excellent for toes, underarms, balls of feet, and anywhere else you may get chaffing.
