packed way more bodies in this thing than the number of bodies it was designed to handle, but it still The kids had a great time! No problems were encountered by adults who were in the room. It will be interesting to see how it performs in the long run.
From this otherwise fairly great trampoline, I could find only one major flaw (which is why I deducted one star). *** * The first thing you have to do during assembly is attach the net to the jumping surface by sliding the tabs through 20-length holes. This is a 30 hole course. After this step, everything else, which includes springs and so on, comes after this. It's really important you get this step right, or you will have to this is a big deal. So, that's that. It seemed like I did it correctly, or at least I thought so. It wasn't until after I had almost completed my trampoline that I realized there had been a mistake. It's still true. Did I do something wrong? The mistake was that the net was shipped inside out. It's hard to imagine that happening, and it seems like something that would be obvious, but it's not at all Consider a sock that has been turned inside out, but there is no obvious difference in the color/texture on the inside and outside. How would you My first part of the assembly was to spread out the net, line up the slots, and begin securing it. There is no way for you to know what you are actually looking at at that point. All of the nets are tangled up in one big mess. Is there anything in the instructions that says to make sure the safety label is facing out, or to make sure the net is right side out? No. A number of words were missing from the instructions. I went back and looked at them later. There is nothing. As such, they shipped me a product that set me up to fail without giving me any indication of what I should be looking for. I feel you. My question is, did you actually disassemble the whole thing down to step 1 and rearrange it? I didn't. Having a lot of work to do (it took me about an hour to assemble It won't be longer than 90 minutes with a friend, I The time I had already spent was not going to be doubled. It is literally backwards when you connect the net to the poles from the top. This gave me the clue that it was Yes, of course! I felt awkward having to turn them to install them, so I had to keep moving them around It is obvious. As I was checking over the zipper door I noticed the safety label was facing inward instead of outward, and the safety snap clips were on the inside, which meant jumpers could run into them all to I hate it. Therefore I just cut those straps off. My twisted attachment of the poles to the net is fine (only awkward, not flawed), and it isn't visible. I only realized I made an error after removing the safety straps, which means you can only see the label on the inside. However, I did not inform my kids of my mistake. Therefore, that's all there is to it. This trampoline is a hit with the kids. I was pretty pleased with the assembly except for one small but huge snag. Please be careful. Be sure to get your net oriented correctly before you begin.
The kids were able to assemble the puzzle before they got home, and it was the perfect size for their two needs. Their reaction when they returned home was so happy! They loved it to bits! There is also a small basketball hoop in the picture. This was a great purchase for our family. (BTW, the trampoline comes with a ball and a hoop. ).
This was easily replaced with some pipe insulation from the local home improvement store for an affordable price. There are, however, many errors, such as the net stretching a lot and becoming loose very quickly, and the end caps on the pipes that hold the net are brittle and easily broken. Worst of all is that the protective pad around the perimeter takes a real beating when it rains. Sun exposure makes it look bad even after a few months, and eventually it starts falling apart. (A kid stepped through it. ) The only way to get a replacement is to pay half the price of the trampoline as a whole. I had to duct tape the end caps on mine. It might claim that they are moisture and UV resistant, but that is not the cause of the issue, and the replacement parts are absolutely outrageous in price.
It looks as though we just purchased this trampoline exactly 2 years ago. However, we're writing a review of it now, so you know how it's held up to time, sun damage, and children jumping on it every single We often find our kids on it. The minimum number must be four A five-day work week is required. It has surprising held up quite well over the years, including its springs, netting, and bouncy part. While the padding on the poles has changed, the zipper on the net and the cover of the spring have not. Even after a year, those 3 things did not last. Children had not done anything to cause the damage it was due to sun exposure. Keeping that in mind when looking at where to set it up is important. I live in the CA desert and it is always hot. As such, that plays a part. In other words, it has performed well over the past couple of It would have been great if the spring cover lasted longer as once it started to deteriorate it made a HUGE mess in our yard with the flakes falling off the plastic cover. Due to the fact that it was completely removed, the springs are exposed and there is a risk for the kids' That would be great if they offered a solution. Apart from the damaged zip and padding on the pole, we can live with them.
I could have sworn my son in law had added a box of springs (totally necessary for safety) and a basketball goal but he found out half way through construction that they were shorted these items. Neither the Amazon Customer Service agent nor her supervisor could see the big picture as soon as I called. My only set of springs and basketball set up are the springs and the hubs. The only way they knew how to help me was to leave another 75 pound boxed trampoline outside my door. We were not able to ship 5 lbs of replacement parts because they wouldn't or couldn't figure out a way to do it. After that, I encountered another 75 lb load that went back to UPS, so I was responsible for packing it up. My experience as a former HR Director of a global customer care company enables me to understand the value of providing delight to your clients. It would have been reasonable for the Customer services agents to decide that another whole trampoline shouldn't be broken and thrown onto a 66-year-old if the agent had been empowered.
