Questions & Answers
We didn't have any instructions, so we tried our hardest to weave the rope into the holes in the bottom edge of the net and into the straps that hold the trampoline mat's springs.
Hello - The bottom is secured with ropes/straps.
I'm not sure if we have a different brand, but the way the straps are supposed to hold onto the polls was poorly made. They don't stay tight, so it just keeps sliding down. We returned it because of this.
No, neither did mine. I wasn't able to get it to fit. I ended up returning it and purchasing it from skybound directly online. Paid a little more, but it all worked out perfectly. The issue with all of the Amazon options is that they don't go into enough detail about the various mounting options for the netting with various trampolines or round mats. They simply measure everything by size and assume that everything is interchangeable, which is not the case. Sorry for the inconvenience; the best advice I received was to go back and use a reputable site.

This was purchased to replace a broken safety net on my child's 12 foot trampoline; it does not appear to be as heavy-duty as the original, but it is holding up well so far. The only issue I have is that the string used to secure the net to the trampoline could be at least 2 feet longer.
It is well-liked by children, and it is also secure.
It was relatively simple to put together, but the net quickly began to tear. After a year, I'll have to order a new one.
Because it was winter when I received this, I put it on. I was attempting to put it on for the first time. It isn't 12' in length.
As described and promised, the product was delivered.
