The first review that I have ever written! It took two people just a few minutes to set up the trampoline. To assemble, it takes 5 hours. My experience with customer service has been the best I have ever had. In the course of a terrible storm, a huge branch fell right on top of our brand new trampoline The result was essentially its annihilation. In order to get replacement parts from customer service, I contacted them I received a response from them within hours. They did not hesitate to replace the broken pieces and I was kept informed of the progress of the shipment. In the course of the process, over 10 emails were sent to me. I am blown away. 2 of the 3 boxes that were supposed to arrive with my order did not arrive. It was such a pleasure to get a quick response from Pearl when I contacted the supplier. Her generous offer to send two replacement boxes was appreciated and when they arrived in time for Christmas, I was able to set up the trampoline. One person was able to set up the trampoline very easily. Because of bad weather, we had to set it up inside a two-car I got to see it when my granddaughter awoke on On Christmas Day, we moved the netting around the tree and moved it outside. The perfect gift to enjoy with the entire family. Trampoline fun for the whole family is definitely recommended. We are so grateful to Pearl at customer service for keeping us informed and making sure we received the order on.

There is no difference between what was described and what was received. It has already proven to be popular with the kids. With two people, it took four hours to assemble. 'The netting develops a snag near the top. We are looking forward to hearing from the distributor about the replacement of the The package arrived a week ahead of schedule! It's a great deal! They sent me a replacement net as soon as the nets were back in stock and were very communicative! Would definitely use them again!.

Trampolines are packaged very well, which is one reason I liked it so much. Packaged in 3 separate boxes, it was made with extra thick cardboard and tie bands. I'm not sure if my two sons could lift each, but they both handled them well. My purchase went together well and although I have only had it a couple of days, I am satisfied.

It is difficult for me to write a positive review of this trampoline since it is well made, sturdy, and I believe it would be easy to assemble. They arrived and were labeled 1, 2, and I received four boxes with this order, which is fantastic, but I was not expecting it. I found one box with a different name on it, but in all the chaos of opening and moving lids, I failed to notice it It may or may not happen. To figure out which pole to use, I was trying to guess. As you can see, I managed to bring it together and figure out which netting pieces weren't supposed to be there. No one can say for certain if the shipping mistake was made by Amazon or the seller.
As long as you follow the directions and have the intended 3 boxes, you should have no problem assembling it.

We are disappointed! The first thing I need to tell you is that I am a 57 year old grandmother to two sons. The gift was purchased as a Christmas present for them. It was actually a job I did by myself, but I did have some help, but just a little because you need more than one person to accomplish it. We probably spent no more than four hours on it. I wish the instructions had been more detailed when it came to the leg parts and making sure you position them properly so that the net legs line It was my fault that I had the trampoline upside down. I finished when I was done. It had a torn zipper close and a problem with the threading.

It is a good trampoline, but has a small defect. His favorite part of it is the sound! It took about two hours for my brother and me to put it together. It took about 5 hours. Everything was packaged very nicely and it was a relatively simple process. I found that watching the video to be very helpful as well. There are several areas where I am complaining the trampoline is less than two months old, and some of the netting and spring cover straps are tearing away at the seams. It caused the spring cover to blow up and leave the exposed springs out in the open, which is unsafe. The seller has been notified of my concern, and I am hoping that a new spring cover will be able to resolve the issue. The product itself is terrific. We were very happy with it

UPDATE! My feedback was reviewed by the Seller, who then provided me with a free new spring cover. A couple of days after posting my review, the cover for the spring season arrived. My rating has been updated from three stars to four stars as a result of the customer service. I thank ORCC for its assistance!.

As far as the trampoline itself is concerned, it's excellent. Simple to assemble with directions that are easy to follow. Fast shipping and good packaging made it easy to order. Almost daily, my kids (3 boys) use it and are devoted to I haven't heard a complaint about the product. It has been fantastic. Having owned the trampoline for 6 years, I have felt the need to replace it after 5 years I managed to bend one of the metal poles that hold up the net after 7 months with my kids and their friends. In response, I contacted the seller to tell them it was my kid's fault and ask them to send me a replacement part. Rather than sell me a pet, they sent me a new at no cost. That was definitely not what I expected. I was extremely satisfied with their responsiveness, professionalism, and courtesy. This product, as well as the company who clearly stands behind the product they sell, is highly recommended.
