It was for my son's birthday that I purchased this. I had to contact ORCC for help replacing more of the top frame rails that were damaged due to the kids not waiting for an "adult" to assemble. ORCC did this extra work Obviously, this was our fault and ORCC was very helpful. (I get the sense that we're not the first family to have assembly problems because it was obviously our fault). What I highly recommend is having a heavy duty spring puller separate from the spring itself. Despite the fact that ORCC provides gloves and two pullers, 108 heavy duty springs are so strong that having a better tool can save a lot of time and aggravation. Motion Pro Heavy Duty Spring Puller is the tool we purchased. The kids are jumping away, so we're trying to catch them. In order to prevent the jumping mat from being damaged by the natural elements, it is recommended to always keep it covered when not in use. I love it, as well as everyone else. It is required for you to stay jumpside for hours actively supervising your child so if you do not enjoy spending hours watching your child, you may not enjoy this. I have had the trampoline for only a week with my family. Having the safety net on the inside of the springs is extremely helpful for my autistic son, who has been enjoying it so far.
