I was decent at it for a while in my twenties, but that was a long time ago. Having said that, I am familiar with what constitutes good equipment. br>br>These rackets have a fantastic construction that makes them ideal for anyone with the ability to put any kind of spin (or "English") on the ball. The paddles are made of wood, with two layers of rubber on the surface of the paddle where the rubber meets the ball. The paddle has a soft cushion and one of the most "grippy" surfaces I've ever felt on a Ping Pong paddle (Table Tennis Racket), almost like tape or glue. It's extremely grippy, making it simple for an experienced or good player to keep the ball under control. It looks like it's legal, and if it is, it's a fantastic paddle. It's one of my favorites.
