There is a size error! ordered a headquarters L (I have the same pair in black, so I already know what size I need) and received a 2xL size that is too big for me

The first thing you should do is attach a sizing chart because you are making people confused with the weird sizes you are using. Second, send the ordered size. Do not send the incorrect size!.
