Despite its heavy duty construction, this product is extremely well made. It appears that the interior portion of the bag adhered to my boards and has now become permanent. During the month before storing the bag, my boards had been finished, used and stored for more than a month. Having stacked the boards over the winter, I tried using them after trying to use them for the first time just recently. As I unzipped the bag, sections of the boards had become stuck to the sides and face of the purse. I'm not sure if anyone else has experienced this or not, but what was meant to protect my handmade/painted boards has.
The material is very light and the zippers are very easy to use. A GOOD THING It's not a bad bag at all for the price, as long as you get it at the $20 price, since Amazon price fluctuates wildly. Save the cardboard box in which your regulation 2'x4' GoSports boards originally came so that you can use the box as a liner inside your bag to give the boards extra protection. Each bag of the original cardboard box holds two boards. The bag dimensions are designed to fit around the original cardboard box. All of the bags unzip fully along both sides and the top, allowing the board to be easily inserted because the bags open wide. With the padded carry straps, heavy boards can be carried over your shoulder when they are over your shoulders, and they are well-padded. These are sewn so they won't come apart easily. A major drawback in the bag is that it is relatively thin and will tear/puncture easily if you don't take care of it. You can see rips in the bottom of the filled bags if you drag them across a rough surface just once. As long as you don't drag the boards and set them down carefully, the material is set to last for a long time. My biggest complaint is the very low-quality of the product. A zipper that is of good quality. Despite being able to bend easily with your fingers, the metal on the zippers breaks if you even try to force them even a little. A few users have complained that the zippers are weaker than on any other product.
I've seen others reporting that the material on the bags stuck to their boards. It seems likely that the problem is caused by a choice of varnish/paint used on their boards instead of a defect in the material of the bag. Also, I store my boards in the bag with the board surfaces facing each other in the center of the bag (board legs facing outward), so that they are all stacked compactly. The game surface is not accidentally damaged when the boards are banged around while being transported. This also prevents the board surface from rubbing against the bag, which could cause a sticking issue. Orienting the corn bags in this way eliminates the gap in the center where most people store the corn bags, but I prefer to carry them separately (again, for As a whole, I liked the bags, though I would gladly pay twice as much for bags made out of a heavier material and with quality zippers so I don't have to replace them so frequently. I have found that I am liking them less and less as they have been used for a few more months. I often have to replace the 7 bags I have because the zippers have broken, the fabric is torn, and the bags are worn out. I use them for parties and events frequently. I do not recommend this bag for travel. It has unfinished edges and a zipper that jams constantly because the zippers are too light, The fabric inside the bag also has unfinished edges that result in loose threads jamming the zipper. In addition, the material is much too light and develops holes very easily on the bottom. In the long run, the low cost isn't worth it since you will need to replace them constantly. RECOMMENDATION NOT TO DO.
The first thing I do is build my boards myself. My pieces are furniture grade finished, and they cost me way more than anything I could buy at the store. I've always taken care of them, so they're not subject to abuse. My family and I use this case primarily to transport our boards when we go camping in the bed of my truck under the weatherproof tonneau cover. When I began using the hold straps, I discovered that the regulation size oak boards made them uncomfortable. Overly long straps aren't helpful for carrying the set because its weight makes them ineffective. I believe the real crux of this review is how quickly the case fell apart over the course of one In the first instance, the corners of the set tore just from moving it. Plastic zippers are cheap, but they tend to break and split after 6 months. Considering weather resistance, I would not want to put this out in the elements, however when I transported from the garage to the truck in a light rain, it stayed dry on the inside until the zipper split and the aforementioned tears occurred. Despite the fact that other people have had different outcomes, this is what I experienced.
The first time I used this was tonight at a preseason game for an NFL team. Retounded, I almost bought this one week ago. Last night, I put the boards in the bags, put them in my truck this morning, parked at work, went to the game, took the boards out and played for a while, then I noticed the bag was torn when I went to lock it up. I am not sure whether it came ripped or tore after a single use, but the thread is not cross stitched so the seam will continue to split.
It is made of thin and cheap material, and its zipper is very cheap. In the event I put the boards in and let it sit in one place for a year, this will last for one The three months I would need to pick these up and put them back would be the same amount of pick-ups and put-downs each month. At most, it will take 4 months. This is the first time I have been so unhappy with a product on my order. You wouldn't put a product out there that is so cheaply made, so why would you bother? There are people who buy products made in this way, however at a much lower price. If the product were priced at six dollars, that would be a fair price, and I would also know not to bother with it since I would know it couldn't be what I wanted. A recent update Grabbing the boards and packing them in the bag is all that's needed. The fit is very snug. There is no way to remove the boards and repack the bag more than three times without tearing it. A bump on the edge of the board during transportation or while the board sits in storage will also tear the bag. The fact that I have added the boards into it and picked it up is why I didn't think it would last a year as I had originally thought.
A regulation corn hole set made by his brother for my son's birthday was absolutely beautiful and came on time for his birthday. Having the boards in the back of his truck was a concern because we didn't want them to get damaged or scratched. There was a copy of this at It is easy to slip the boards in the case so they can be carried everywhere. A divider attached to the case would be good for protecting It ended up being necessary to use a piece of cardboard to prevent them from rubbing against one another. The shoulder strap is very good. The product is of high quality for the price. This was a very nice gift!.
