Questions & Answers

I have no idea how to plant these. It just showed up in a box, unassembled, with no instructions. Any tips?

Simply screw them into the ground after removing the plastic tip. It's pretty straightforward.

Is he augering for a while?

Approximately 15 - 18" in length

Is it better to mount these ties downs at a 90-degree angle to the ground or at an angle? Could you please send me a copy of the directions?

The majority of people set them up in a straight line. I've seen a few that are angled to get off of a concrete slab. We don't have any written instructions; instead, we have photos of the installation on the listing; we'll post an instructional video soon.

What is the length of the section that twists into the ground? Is it possible to use it in a location with extremely hard soil?

The twist part is about 6 inches long, and I inserted mine a few inches further (total length of about 9 inches). My home is in Missouri, where the soil is made up of very hard clay. This was successful. All I had to do was put something in the triangle part to help screw them in the rest of the way (I used a long screw driver for this).

Bomb Cyclone is a fictional character who appears in the upcoming film Bomb Cy We had just enough time to set up the trampoline before ordering and installing the anchor kit
5/5

Prior to putting the anchors in, it was extremely wet. For 24 hours, we had winds of 51 mph with gusts up to 60 mph, and the anchors did an excellent job of keeping the trampoline in place. It was also simple to put the kit together.

Definitely Heavy-Duty- UPDATED
5/5

We bought two packs of four tiedowns (for a total of eight tiedowns) for a 15-foot trampoline because we live in a high-rise apartment. I've seen other trampolines fly away because of the wind. br>Four of these ties are produced. Our trampoline would have been securely held in place if we had used downs. The remaining four are for psychological protection. )br>It's simple to set them up. The straps appear to be of good quality (though we'll have to wait and see). br>Unlike others I've seen, the corkscrew style of these will not emerge from the ground. br>UPDATE** The anchors are still holding up well in the ground, but the material used for the straps has failed after one winter. The fabric is fraying, and it will need to be repaired as soon as possible.

These ties are a fantastic product
5/5

The benefits of downs are immeasurable. I used a set to secure my new trampoline, which was destroyed after the old one went flying down the road twice during the noreaster this spring. These ties were a gift from my mother. downs, and the new trampoline isn't likely to move anytime soon. I also received a new pair of ties. to keep the swing set in place! I'm ready for you to unleash your fury, Mother Nature, because now I'm ready! These ties are highly recommended. downs. Very easy to put together and well-made! Cajun Tie-In gets two thumbs up. downs!.

Does what it says on the tin, and it's of high quality
5/5

The tie rings aren't included, but that's not a problem. The straps use metal cam lock buckles rather than lower-strength plastic snap buckles, which is why I chose this kit over others. I was able to secure the straps between the trampoline frame and the screw anchors using the metal cam lock buckles. One note: A metal tie ring, similar to a dog tie out anchor, is shown on the pictured anchors. There were no tie rings on the anchors we received. This did not affect my rating because the best way to use the anchors is to run the strap directly through the top triangular loop.

At the beach, it was fantastic! These were purchased to secure my beach canopy tent (10x10)
5/5

On a windy day, it worked perfectly. They stayed put in the soft beach sand; all I had to do was screw them all the way down to the triangle's bottom. To assist in torqueing them in, I used a piece of pvc. After that, tie a strap to the canopy's frame at the top. I'm very happy.

It's money well spent - maintains the trampoline's position Because so many of my neighbors' trampolines had been blown away, I was hesitant to purchase one for my children
5/5

A tramp from down the street once landed on the roof. br> I bought these when we ordered a trampoline and used them in conjunction with the smaller brackets that came with it; they were definitely tested yesterday. We had a surprise windstorm with winds of up to 75 miles per hour, but the tramp didn't move an inch. The safety net remained in place the entire time and did not move. My pergola swing, on the other hand, was blown away. They can be a pain to install because they must be buried deep in the ground, which can be difficult if your soil is clay. We turned them with a crowbar until only the triangle tops were visible and they were all buried in the ground. br>br>I am extremely pleased with my purchase - If you're getting a tramp, this is a must-have item.

Not bad
4/5

They're adequate for the job, but they're a little pricey in my opinion. We bought them for our trampoline, and we went a little extra. I probably could've found the same thing cheaper at a local hardware store, but oh well lol They seem to be holding up, but we haven't had crazy wind yet where I live. cement was used to reinforce them. As a result, the stakes aren't going anywhere, and we'll have to see how the tie downs hold up. Despite the fact that installation is a no-brainer, I believe instructions should have been included. Even the simplest things, I believe, require explanation. We installed straight down, but I'm sure you could do it at an angle as well. Overall, it turned out to be a reasonable purchase.

Our trampoline was only good for a week
3/5

Our trampoline was only good for a week. That was the extent of our knowledge of it. We had a big wind storm at the end of that week, and these stakes didn't hold up. Our trampoline had flipped over, all but one stake had pulled out of the ground, and our trampoline had been destroyed in a matter of minutes. Thankfully, we were home when it happened and saw it from our window; otherwise, our house or our neighbor's house could have suffered more damage. Disappointed to the point of frustration.
