For beginners, this is probably not the best set
3/5

It's only been a few months since I started playing disc golf. You have a lot of disc options and selecting the discs is a very personal decision. In the real world, there are lots Weighs a lot, is stable/understable, and is made of plastic. A few discs in Innova's DX line were already in my collection, and I wanted to purchase a few more before a trip where I would be playing a course with friends that had Basically, I needed a system where I could keep playing even if I lost one I came across this set, so I bought it. So, I am analyzing this set through the eyes of a player who is just getting started, for whom it has been The pros are I. 1. A) The durability of the product It wouldn't even scratch these if the trees hit them like they did the DX discs. 2) Discs are on the upper end of my recommended No wind blows so strong that they fly, but no wind so light that they fly. The third point A driver, midrange, and putter mix has been found to be effective for many years. An old-fashioned, tried and true concept There are enough discs for a variety of situations, but not too many options that it becomes confusing.

I. 1. 1) The speed 9 Valkyrie is too fast for me as a beginner. It's "too much disc" for me to throw my Leopard, but I can throw my Leopard pretty well. While I'm sure I'll get more comfortable with it, it's not a disc I am able to use fully yet, and I think this is the case with many newbies as well. I'll probably spend a little more money to get a Roadrunner that's less stable or a TeeBird that's faster. fine, I would like to see more spread between the ranges If you're 158 pounds or lighter, you'd be a much better driver Is a midrange of 160g in the mid-range The putter is in the 160's, and the driver is around the 168's About 170 grams. Getting the car up to speed would be easier with a lighter weight, especially for a driver that fast. The third point For beginners with a Leopard from the DX starter, Panther is almost identical, as well as It is a perfect copy of the Aviar. In my case, this was not a bad thing, since redundancy was a safety measure for me. In the end, if you're looking for a large selection, this is unlikely to satisfy you. Having done everything over again, if I had to pick up a set of discs to start off with, I would probably put together a set of discs that looked more like the starter set from DX, A stable putter, a midrange that is overly unstable (or one that is stable like the Buzzz), and a driver that has a top speed of around speed 7. However, here's what you have to work with The disc selection process is very personal, and there are many variables involved.

Disco golfer who is just starting out I am in love with this As I researched many discs in order to choose my first ones, I decided on this set mainly due to the plastic of the Champion
5/5

The product had a reputation for being extremely durable and has lived up to that claim. It has a lot of trees on the course, and I've found a ton of trees with my discs, but they seem to be holding up okay. As a novice, I find the Valkyrie difficult to control, and it does not go as far as I may wish, but I believe that's operator error and I will be able to throw it the way it's supposed to be thrown with more practice. With the Panther, you can expect nothing spectacular, but it will do the job. The Roc3 and Mako3 were purchased, and I use them much more frequently than the Roc3. You can't go wrong with the Aviar putter. While I have no idea what more experienced players think, I enjoy using this putter very much. It's very reliable and goes everywhere you aim at. This putt was long on a number of occasions. In conclusion, this is good for beginners primarily because of durability and having every "club" in the bag, however, as you gain expertise you will find that you will have to upgrade it very quickly.

It is disappointing that the colors are so dark
3/5

Choosing the color option said the colors could vary, but the colors are all the same. The picture has a little misleading quality and is a bit disappointing. They're all yellow, which makes it difficult to separate them at a distance. I was hoping for 3 colors so it would be easier to differentiate them.

Exactly what it is advertised to do a very durable product
4/5

The starter set I got was my first and I was pleased with it. Their flight pattern is very accurate and they have a very good grip, as well as being very durable. Hanging on to the only thing -- The only thing I want to focus on is the putter and the mid-range There is a distance driver included in the range disc. It requires a lot of power (speed 9) to get the distance driver to fly the way you expect it to, and that's very hard for a brand new player to master. An accessible package would be more suitable for a beginner if it included a fairway driver at an appropriate speed. Nonetheless, I think this is an excellent product. I recommend it for anyone who spends a lot of time playing in forests. There is no way that you can damage these.

It's a really good deal at $20 per disc
5/5

With this purchase, you'll be able to access the most common, favorite (or favorite) entry level plastics. These are a STEAL of a deal for less than $20 per disc. Get them now before they realize what you have. Champion plastic is available at DX prices Oh my gosh! Despite the plastic's extreme durability, it is incredibly lightweight. Lumber is what you need if you want to - I like to jack around the course like that, at least my discs don't notice anything. It would be an epic gift for anyone who grew up during the CoVid lockdown and is now on the threshold of Level-up. I definitely recommend it as a gift if you know anyone who is still putting away (By the way. The DX is in perfect working order).

Discs I bought before I knew anything about disc golf turned out to be a great price for the set of discs I bought
5/5

I can say that after using this disc set for a couple years, I learned a lot about it and I now believe it is a great set of discs for those who are just getting started. There is a proven long-distance driver in the mid-range of the price range With this set you get a ranger, a putter, and a golf ball. You can get a 3 disc set of champion plastic for a bit less money than the DX plastic that you find in a 3 disc set. My opinion is that spending a little more to get discs that are five times stronger - and therefore more durable - is totally worth the expense. As I said, beginners who are just beginning to throw will benefit more from these tips. In addition to being a great disc for beginners, these discs are also good for seasoned golfers. This disc golfer set is perfect for disc golfers at any level and is very affordable.

A beginner will find this to be a very good set because of the designs and weights
5/5

As this is our first disc golf experience, we are extremely excited. Now that we've played one month, we'd like to look back and see how things have gone. The sport has captivated us, so we have bought two of these sets to try it out. It is a very good set for a beginner since the 3 discs have been designed to fit our primitive archery styles, yet they are also suitable for being advanced in the sport. The plastic used in the Champion set has been extremely There is only one thing I dislike about the set and that is that I cannot choose the Between mid-19th century and mid-20th century We are particularly fond of the purple range discs we received, which was a bit of a challenge to find, but (knock on wood) we haven't lost any You will need to watch some YouTube videos before you can get started.
