I have a Bird Dog Retriever that folds down to about 15 inches. Outside, I carry two discs, two in each pocket inside, and possibly two more in the main compartment with the retriever and a towel. Nothing bugger would fit, in my opinion.
It is not able to stand on its own. We fasten it to our belt loops or belts; We do not carry it on our shoulders.
Yes, you can fit two Ultimate discs in the Slinger Bag, plus one more in the front mesh pouch with a tight squeeze. The Deluxe Slinger Bag, on the other hand (also available on Amazon), is a bit bigger and can easily hold four people. There are five Ultimate discs. It has a lot more space.
The drink holder's drawstring allows it to hold a variety of water bottles of various sizes. The maximum number of people it could hold is three. We'd recommend any bottle slightly smaller than 3 inches (the size of some insulated water bottles), though it's a bit tight with that size. The diameter is 5 inches.

The zippers are one issue that often arises with low-cost bags. Although the bag's teeth appear to be nylon, the actual zipper appears to be stainless steel. The zipper has performed flawlessly after several dozen uses. On 18 holes, I usually travel with 3 to 5 discs; it barely weighs anything when you travel light. You can easily fit three in the outer sleeve, six in the middle, and four in the inner two sleeves. My water bottle sits in the middle of the bag, which also helps it stand up when set down. Steel sleeve holes for a Carabiner clip are my favorite feature. The carrying strap is wide and well-padded, making it extremely comfortable to wear. The only issue I've had with this bag is that the phone slid out of the side holder when I tipped it. I made the best adjustments I could, making sure the phone was buried deep, and I haven't had any issues since. But, because I frequently check my phone, it should be 1/2 inch deeper. This is a fantastic bag, and I strongly suggest it.
I was very excited about this bag because my husband has always carried my belongings in his large bag, but now that I have my own discs, I wanted my own small bag. It arrived a couple of days ahead of schedule. The bag is exactly as it appears in the picture. The drink holder is a little smaller, but it still holds the large PowerAid drinks we bring with us when we play. The bag will not be able to stand by itself. I had 5 discs and a few putters in the pouch, and when you put it on the ground to throw it, it falls flat. I've since added more discs, and it's pretty full now, but it still won't stand, which I wouldn't mind if it weren't for the fact that my towel gets filthy when this happens. The towel hooks are positioned on top of the bag, toward the front, so the towel hangs over the mesh pocket and spills all over the ground if the bag falls over - Because my towel is made of microfiber, every leaf and blade of grass adheres to it. I only used the bag once, and a seam near the handle at the top of the bag has already come apart; I didn't notice the hole when the bag arrived, so I'm guessing it happened while I was playing. The hole is about an inch wide, and I only own eight discs, so there shouldn't have been much weight in there. Every time I use my bag, the hole gets bigger. I'm disappointed because I was hoping to fall in love with this bag. Shipping it back for a $20 bag isn't worth it to me. I'll see if anyone I know can assist me in repairing it, and if not, my husband can use it to store his old backup discs.
It's a good size, and I have four of them. 8 discs at a time, with a comfortable strap that is a little too big for my small frame. With more discs inside, the bag stands up better; I like the front pocket and use it for bug spray, rain coats, and so on; the cell phone pockets are also a nice size and feature. br>br>Contrary to popular belief, there are a number of disadvantages to using this method. My second use of the bag resulted in the mesh pocket on the front detaching from a section of elastic. Fortunately, I can repair it because I know how to sew. Because I play a lot of forested courses, leaves and pine needles get caught in the mesh, which is something to keep in mind. The water bottle pocket isn't quite as big as I expected. Fits my Hydroflask with a capacity of 21 ounces. A larger Nalgene bottle will not fit. br>br>Overall, it completes the task.
To be honest, I rarely use more than 8-ball in most rounds. 9 discs, and depending on thickness, this bag can hold up to 12 discs. Having three children is extremely beneficial to me. Drivers, mids, and putters are all limited to four per player. The front mesh pocket is ideal for two putters, and the back zippered pocket is large enough for a wallet, keys, minis, and snacks. br>br>My only complaint, and it's a big one, is that the mesh water bottle pocket isn't as well-made as the rest of the pack. It will fit a 24oz Hydro Flask reasonably well (better if it were deeper), but a 32oz will not fit, which is unfortunate. Also, the mesh bag's bottom isn't level with the rest of the pack's bottom, so if you try to stand it up with a full bottle in the pocket, it'll tip over. I'm going to look around my neighborhood to see if I can find someone who can modify it for me (I couldn't sew if my life depended on it) so that it 1) holds a larger bottle and 2) sits 'flush' with the ground. br>br>Aside from that, I really like it, and it's a great little bag for hot summer days when you don't need to carry 25 discs. Despite the bottle pocket problem, I would recommend it. It's well worth the money, and hopefully there will be a version 2 in the future. 0 that is more capable of accommodating a larger bottle.
