In the past, I've purchased a 500 chip set case from the same company. This is a replacement for that case. I did so since it seemed like the case that came with the poker set was inexpensive to make (as described by a number of reviews), while this one was supposed to be much Actually, it is virtually the same case, apart from the ABS exterior shell replacing the thin aluminum layer. It is, however, the latches (which cause a major problem in these cases) that are different. The rest of the hardware is stainless steel and so is the interior lining as well. The price of $45. 00 definitely wasn't worth it.

The quality is great and the craftsmanship is superb! The case is very solid and great There is no comparison between this and their original cheaper one when you buy everything from them! My entire collection of cases has gradually been upgraded to these ones over the years because they are a little pricey
