My card holder came from Brybelly. It was made and distributed by them. There was no indication that the product was manufactured by CCH anywhere on its box. There was a lot of junk in it. Despite its non-rotation, it was still there. There is only one good thing I can say about Amazon they refunded my purchase. You should stay away from him.
My wife and I have been wanting a holder without wheels for Uno, Mille Bornes, and other games with draw and discard piles. Thankfully we did not seek a holder with a rotating/revolving mechanism because this simply doesn't do the job. When I read reviews before purchasing it, I knew that was likely to be the case. Other reviewers noted that if it had too many cards on one side it would bend, but I have not observed that problem. This item would need some serious bashing before it cracked. Having said that, I was merely looking for a card holder for draw/discard, so it works well for me, but it won't rotate or revolve if you're looking for something more advanced.
Despite having three balls bearings to turn it, the base doesn't turn very well and the ball baring came apart where it was supposed to. It looked like it was broken, but I put it back together and it is trying to If I had had the option of returning it, I would have, but it wasn't worth the hassle.

The reason I ordered this was because some of our players find it difficult to reach the deck of cards when we play cards at a large table. It slides easier with the cushion on the bottom. Without it, you'd hear the screeching that happens when a card holder is removed. The rotating feature is there, but it is not something we needed. I liked the product and found it to be very affordable.
