As advertised, there were no cut cards. There was also a complaint in another review about the same issue. It is expected we will receive what has been During the next couple of days, a contact with the seller led to them quickly responding to my email and offering to send the cut cards. As a result, I'd give them a four-star rating for quality service, and I've upgraded my previous rating of three As I rarely give five as this represents perfection and there is always room to improve. If you're looking for a cheap Blackjack night at home, this set should do the trick. In the end, I was satisfied with the product and the company's customer service for making sure the order was handled correctly.
This is a really nice set of music. However, the title of the review noted that it comes with 4 decks unfortunately, I only received 1 deck, so I had to run out last minute and buy four decks for $15 so they I also had no problem with the card shuffler for the entire five minutes. Battery installation took a lot of time since the space for the batteries is HUGE. That's why the batteries didn't fit nicely in there. Later in the evening, the shuffler stopped working, so I had to manually shuffle 4 decks of cards all night long. Card shoot and discard slot were nice qualities. The felt tabletop was nice and the card shoot was good, too. The felt and card shoot were very disappointing, and I would have preferred to have purchased them.
