These do run a bit large, but despite the fact that they're a bit big, I found these to be extremely useful to stabilize my wrist. I had to become accustomed to them, though. The first two games I played this year I did not throw at my average because I was not comfortable. After I had figured out how to do it, I noticed greater hook and more accurate aiming.

This one is too big, but I imagine the smaller one would have been too small, too.
