I have been able to throw my ball more consistently straight because of this. There is no curve in my life. I now throw mostly towards the middle (mainly towards the gutter) instead of to the left or to the right. You should buy this if you're new to the game or just starting out! It's a great wrist trainer! A size 8 ring fits snugly on my right hand ring finger, and this medium fits snugly on my left hand ring finger.
