That is correct. I ordered an 8 in the hopes of a large fit, but they were too small and had to be returned.
Hello, I'm a size 7 and these don't seem to be true to size. 5 and that's exactly what I ordered. My toe was smashed, and there was no way I could wear them, so I had to return them. I'm going to order a larger size, possibly a size 8 or 8. 5 They are attractive shoes that appear to be well-made and attractive.

I needed to go up a half size. These bowling shoes run wide, and I bought them after reading a review that said they were too big for a lady. I thought to myself, "That sounds like a shoe that will fit me. " Originally, I had placed an order for the number eight. The shoe was wide enough but too short, so I went up a half size to an 8 1/2 and they fit perfectly. They're so comfortable that I wish I could wear them for more than bowling. This bowling shoe is ideal for you if you normally wear a wide shoe. It will fit perfectly if you go 1/2 size up. They appear to be very happy, and they are bowling with my husband in the alley.
By any stretch of the imagination, I'm not a seasoned bowler. These appear to be a good fit, and anything is preferable to the filthy rental shoes. The bowler on the next lane told me they were some'sick' shoes the first time I wore them to the bowling alley. That, I believe, is meant to be a compliment. They look better than anything I've seen on the lanes, in my opinion.
I took a step forward and my foot slid out from under me like it was ice, so I sat down again. I used a wire brush to scuff up the bottom and make them usable again. On my next attempt, I stumbled down the lane, trying not to slip while also avoiding falling due to the heels' incredible stopping power. It reminded me of roller skates' rubber breaks. I can't believe I didn't break my neck. More scuffing was done with the wire brush. In an attempt to figure out how to walk in those shoes, I bowled a total of 82 pins. By game three, the wire brush had done its job of making them less slick, and I had figured out how to walk without using the heel "brakes. " I'm keeping them for the time being because I can use them. However, I do not recommend it. It was absurd that I couldn't just put them on and bowl with them on. I didn't get value for my money.
Great-looking bowling shoe, true to size, and extremely comfortable; the first few times I used it, there was a little too much slip/glide, but it's now perfect.
Even after going up a half size, the shoes were a little tight. The plastic-wrapped The pink had a very flimsy appearance to it. I underestimated how gleaming and fake they'd appear.
Due to Covid and moving, I was unable to return these shoes within the week allotted. They are WAY TOO SMALL to run! My youngest daughter is unable to use them in any way. During this terrible time, we have lost 100% of our money. Do not order by their sizing!.
One has a slightly tighter toe tip than the other, but that could be due to my foot, not the shoes. They're even cuter in person, but be warned: they're incredibly slick right out of the box. We recommend roughing them up a bit to avoid slipping the first time you put them on.
But. This item was made in China. These were extremely comfy and well-fitting. I needed new bowling shoes, so I chose these; however, I'm not thrilled that they're made in China, so this only gets a four-star rating rather than a five.
