bowls with his right hand
I wear a size 15 wide and these shoes were far too narrow for my feet. I returned them and will have to try again.
My husband was able to order his size, and they were a perfect fit.
Yes, you can wear this shoe to any USBC event.

I didn't think I needed anything special for my first pair of bowling shoes. I only bowl for fun and do not participate in leagues, so I only used these once before deciding that I needed a higher level of bowling shoe. The first time I went to the lanes, I ended up in the lane. I had a hard time sliding in these shoes. I ended up tripping over my own foot, getting fouled, and barely making it to the gutter about 5 feet down the lane. The fit and comfort of these shoes were exactly as I had hoped. I'm sorry, but that's all I've got to say about them. If you don't like a lot of slide in your bowling shoe, these might be a good option for you. Amazon returns, thank you very much. They've already been returned, and I'm on the lookout for a new pair.
As you can see in the photo, the bottom of the shoe is not flat; there is a ridge that bears your weight rather than distributing it evenly across the sliding pad. I almost fell on my face the first couple of times I tried bowling with these shoes because I came to a halt before releasing the ball.
To get through the night, I had to tape the soles with packing tape! Returning them would be too much trouble, so they'll have to suffice as a back-up pair for the time being.
The rubber toe wrapped around the bottom of the shoe, rendering the fabric slide on the bottom useless. I don't slide on the ball of my foot with my toes up like most people do; instead, I slide with my toes down. Do you believe it was a flaw?.
BUYING THESE SHOES IS NOT A GOOD IDEA! I tried them out and nearly broke my leg sliding, so I took them off after three frames. When I returned them for a refund, I was only given $13. 63 for attempting to try them out in an alley and a restocking fee ENTIRELY FRAUDULENT! It's a terrible product with an even worse company behind it. GET OUT OF HERE! TRUST ME!.
I believe you will get your money's worth if you bowl at least 5 times in your life. It's a lot better than having to wear shoes that have already been worn by hundreds of people. And they're a lot more stylish than the ones at the bowling alley.
I'm glad I didn't pay attention to some of the negative feedback.
They are well-made and come at a reasonable price.
