Pros- Colors are stunning! br>The slightly retro shape has a bowling "look" that I likebr>Some bowling shoes only have a small slide area on the sole, but these have a larger "slide area" on the sole, which makes it easier for mebr>They are breaking in nicely after only a couple of weeks. br>Under black lights, they look pretty cool - Rather than glowing, the laces turn dark. br>br>Con- There is only one drawback: there is no arch support, which resulted in ankle pain for me. It could be because I bowl a lot and have had foot and ankle injuries before, but it doesn't seem to bother anyone else. I'm hopeful that I'll be able to replace the factory insole with a comfort insole because the factory insole comes out.
Dexter was recommended by my bowling coach, so I went out and bought these. The color is Gold, not Rose Gold, as shown in the photo. They are extremely comfortable and fit true to size; by true to size, we mean that you should order your exact normal size and be perfectly satisfied. I prefer the traditional bowling look to newer styles, which I believe look too much like sneakers (I don't want to forget to change shoes). When I tried them on, the grip slide was perfect, and the bottoms are right and left (great for dual steppers). These are the ones I recommend.
I normally wear a size 9 and ordered the same size. I don't need wide shoes, but I do need a wide toe box, which these don't have. If you can wear regular shoes without difficulty, however, these would be ideal for you. The color was fantastic, they arrived quickly, and I had no problems returning them. I wish they were my employees.
These are fantastic! I needed a bowling shoe with a longer slide piece from the toe to the midfoot, and these fit the bill. I'm completely content.
These shoes are both cute and practical. They are true to size, and I ordered the same size as my street shoes. My toes are not pinched by the toe box because it is wide. Superb footwear!.
I previously owned a pair of the same shoes, which I had worn for many years. It's a well-made shoe. I like the combination of high quality and a fashionable appearance. Grab a pair of shoes and head to the bowling alley.
These shoes have a great look to them. It has a very refined appearance. They're comfortable to wear and perform admirably on the bowling lanes. This is a style that I would purchase again.
The shoes are quite tight at first, but they quickly loosen up. The only complaint I have is that the heel is a little stiff; I may need to invest in gel inserts, and the shoes aren't particularly slick, making sliding a little difficult; however, overall, it's a good show.
