I'm not sure if they come in wide, but I just placed an order for an 8-foot version. I'm a half-size larger and the shoe appears to be wide; I have a wider foot and prefer wide shoes, and these are plenty wide for me. I hope this has been of assistance.
Unlike the other responses, I purchased a size that I usually wear - I have a lot of shoes, even though I'm only eight years old. 5; however, due to the width, it is frequently necessary to switch to 9. These 9s, on the other hand, were far too small! br>br>So, if you have wider feet and want them to "run large," these aren't the shoes to get in your standard "wide" size.
I'd go down a size. If you go up a size, it might be too long. I went from an 8 1/2 to a 9 and they're still a bit big.
For me, they were a perfect fit.

I'm a new bowler who was fed up with ratty rental shoes with tangled laces and wanted to get my hands on some of my own - I went against my instinct and ordered my regular athletic-style shirt (which was color coordinated to my inexpensive ball) because most of the reviews on this site answered my questions. Instead of 1/2 to 1 size smaller, choose a shoe size that is 1/2 to 1 size bigger. (It appears that those delightful floppy-eared stuffed animals are still around. ) br>Perfect fit. (Clown rental shoes are always too big. ) Wow, and it's also very comfortable! They're revolting - br> They resemble bowling shoes, don't you think? But I changed them up a bit by replacing the white nylon laces with purple matching "locking laces" (see photos). br>I haven't bowled yet, so I can't say how slippery they are, but I'll update with an edit.
Down a half size The shoes are comfortable based on an initial fit at home. The shoe, as others have stated, runs a little big. I'm a size 10 with a wide foot, and I have a sesitive bunion on one foot that makes wearing shoes that rub or are too tight unbearable. These don't bother me in the least. The width is ideal for mid-weight socks or footies, but the length is slightly too long for me. br>br>**Please select yes if you found the information here useful. Thank you very much!.
Remember to break them in before using for the best sliding results. These are low-cost bowling shoes that fit true to size. I was fed up with renting them for $5 each time, but I'm not a particularly good bowler. I simply desired a personal space. They're really adorable. In flat shoes, I wear an 8 1/2, and in heels, I wear a 9. I couldn't decide on a size. I chose the 8 1/2 based on reviews. It fits perfectly. br>br>However, some users have complained about the heel sticking. Yep. That was my experience as well. A smidgeon of sliding powder on the heel and sole completes the effect! (Talc isn't a good idea!) YOU MUST INCLUDE THESE IN YOUR WORKOUT. They won't slide out of the box the first time. Wear them around the house, break them in, and/or invest in some sliding powder. I've worn them three times now and they're still going strong.
I'm not a professional bowler, so I can't say whether they've improved my game or not, but they've served me well. My wife and I began bowling as a pastime and despised the high cost of rental equipment. br>br>They are inexpensive enough that we were able to pay for them with the money we saved on rent. They're not too bulky and are very comfortable. They aren't as slim and fitted as the rentals, but that isn't a problem for me.
These bowling shoes were purchased for my 12-year-old daughter, who participates in a Saturday bowling league. She bowls twice a week for practice and possibly one more time per week. So three games multiplied by two days per week equals six games plus or minus one for two months. During league bowl, however, the sole of one of her shoes came apart after a month and a half of bowling with them. It was humiliating for her to be bowling when her shoe began to fall off. The product has failed a month after it was supposed to be returned. She is responsible and owns her own bowling bag. She had been a fan of the show up until that point, and it was a good fit for her. I would not recommend this product because it is a waste of money if it needs to be repaired so quickly!.
I read through all of the reviews and found the majority of them to be untrue. I ordered my normal size, and the shoes are about two sizes too big; the width can't be adjusted because the strings can't close the gap (take a close look at the photo to see what I mean). If you're smart enough to order a smaller size, the shoes are a great deal.
BSI sent these to me in a box. They arrived on time and in the white and purple color scheme depicted in the picture. The size was accurate to the measurements given. They were a present for my niece, and she adored them. With these on, her posture and approach were so fluid. Her game points rose as a result of the shoes. She loved the way these shoes looked and how well they performed. Thank you for providing such a high-quality product and service.
I really like the color. Just be cautious when ordering the size because they are quite small. I normally wear a size 8 in women's clothing, so I ordered a size 8 for myself. It's a 5, but it's more like a 6. 5 to a 7. I'd like to believe that once I break them in, they'll feel better, but for the time being, they're too tight and uncomfortable because a certain part of my foot feels pinched.
