They're two. I use the back of my thumb to stretch them longer than two inches long and one inch wide. 5 inches. I hope this information is useful.

It's very relaxing

These are very comfortable to wear and have a good grip. My fingers are prone to changing, so if my ball begins to slip, I place one of these on my thumb and the problem is solved. I usually forget about them until later in the day because they are so comfortable.
