As for the field cloth, it is oversize and will be fine. As for the cushion felt, it is also oversize. I have a table that measures 96 x 47 inches. The felt I used was absolutely fine for me.
If you don't need rails just don't use it. The rail cloth comes with it, so if you don't need it don't use it. There will be no change in price. I asked the seller the same question and they responded accordingly.

I paid for the product, and this is my honest opinion. Considering that I paid full price for the felt, my rating is unbiased because I am concentrating on the company's merits rather than the product. This is the third table that I have had reconditioned, so I expect it to last.
This felt is sold by this company for a price that is lower than anywhere else I have seen. The quality of the material is excellent. No defects have been found in it. In rub tests, there is no evidence of Piling, a sign of poor quality felt. The fibers are well bound, and overall, there is no sign of In the Piling Test, the team kept its cool. I like the feel and look of it before and after picture looks like a completely different table took me eleven hours to complete, but the DIY project for me was rewarding.
