The design is faulty and poorly executed

The chalk arrived crumbled and broken, and the stand it sits on is flimsy and unsupportive. When I contacted Amazon about the problem, I was given a partial refund of $4 for the chalk, despite the fact that the chalk alone costs $14.

The holder is fine; the chalk was in too many pieces to use on the holder; I now need to find chalk in a store that is in one piece, or the holder will be left hanging on the wall empty.
