We received the balls in a damaged box

The box to store them in was all beaten up and damaged. was not packaged in any other box so that it might be protected so during handling, it got damaged, and the magnetic flap that closes the box is also taped because it was ripped around 5 inches in length. It would be nice to have a box that isn't damaged, though the balls seem to be in good condition.
