I think it is nice but not as purple as the picture

It's more like a royal purple with a hint of purple. A definite plus, but it's not You can see the color almost done, but there is still work to be done. This is a very nice looking dress, but if viewed in some lights, there may be a slight purple cast to it, but it does not resemble the color on the This is not the purple you are looking for if you want to get married in a PURPLE wedding gown.
