Questions & Answers

I would like to know the seat height What's the distance from the floor to the ?

There is about 18 inches of space between the seat and the ground, just right In addition to my 6'2" height, I also weigh 114 lbs. At 200 pounds, I weigh a lot. The seat broke in camp at Mount Saint Helens, so I went to a nearby hardware store and bought extra washers and carriage bolts to repair the plastic components at each corner of To test the parts inside the store, I took the chair inside to get accurate parts and give them a proper test. I have had no issues with the seat since I bought it several years ago.

Is weight capacity the capacity to hold a certain amount of weight?

At six feet two inches and 200 pounds, I weigh 200 pounds, and the seat collapsed after just a few campsites over a thousand miles from home. To replace the weak, plastic hardware at the three points of the seat triangle, I drove to a hardware store nearby and purchased washers and carriage bolts. In the years since then, the seat has been as good as new.

There's an awesome folding tripodfield chair backrest, but I need one that can be extended higher. Is there a version in which we can extend it by pulling the legs?

You can drop a pallet on your campsite pad when you buy a packing pallet. Place a few holders at the bottom of the slats to prevent the chair from sliding. The seat should be raised by more than four inches after installing this.

Is this a duffle bag that I can fit in?

You should not have a problem fitting the duffel bag in a chair if it is longer than 30" in length and wider than 5". In addition, the chair is equipped with an integrated strap that makes it easy to transport.

Fasteners connect the canvas to the support structure of the seat in a dangerous manner
3/5

My new TravelChair was a comfortable place to sit as I camped at a Washington state park west of Mount Saint Helens. I was thrown under the triangular supports below when the front pin on the seat snapped. My temporary connection of the seat fabric to the support structure was made from parachute cord. To replace the plastic piece on the front of the canvas, I drove to Castle Rock and found two carriage bolts. With less than two dollars, I made these seats safe with steel. I believe the product should have been made of steel. Since I was not injured, it is fortunate that I was not injured. The front support of this seat is held in place by a triangular canvas. You will need to replace the plastic piece holding the triangular canvas to the front support when you purchase the seat.

I held my fat arse
4/5

Suitable for outdoor use, this little chair is perfect. In order to ice fish, I use it so that I can sit on it for a few hours before getting up to Despite weighing 300 pounds, it held me up just fine. Didn't feel like I was going to fall.

This backless model is worth the extra cost for me, as I tested it against the backless model
5/5

One was with a back and one was without, and I wanted to see which one we would use for a concert, but Amazon won't allow me to return either one, since they didn't appear to be defective. Since I tested both of them I guess I will review them now since I am stuck with both. They were still helpful, however we decided not to use The chairs seem pretty comfortable compared with standing for 7 hours (we get Meet & Greet and Each time we see Blue October, we get greet tickets), but if I was able to choose, I would definitely choose this one over the one without a While I love Blue October as much as my 24 yr old, her back is stronger than mine, which is 47 years old. Since she had the heavier ones with back support in her old first, I thought she would prefer the lighter ones, so I ordered them both for her. In fact, she had said she preferred the lighter one without a back support, but I think it would be much more comfortable for her. This is far and away my favorite! It will be perfect for someone who has a bad back or is old and cannot stand up for long periods. Although it is heavier than most, it is comfortably weighted for its size and is well worth the extra price. We were SO excited about the concert that we forgot to take the chairs out of the car and didn't even cut the tags off the chairs.

Is a chair used for travel
5/5

That was exactly what I needed and it was light enough that I could carry it with no pain in I use it when I can not sit for a long period of time due to my back when waiting for the bus or the cab while out shopping because there is no seating available. The idea was great years ago, but I wish I had thought of it sooner. This is perfect for those times when you don't have a place to sit.

There is no such metal as "Aluminum"
3/5

The tube is made of steel. There is no such thing as aluminum. The tube is made of steel. In the past, I have ordered various chairs for blinds and camping, but I have found it difficult to find smaller aluminum chairs. I am here. The fact that vendors invent or fabricate descriptions does not help when they and their representatives lie or are completely incompetent. This is *br.
Along with fine back support (but very upright and narrow), this chair has a triangular back, so as your weight presses downward to the fabric, the front grommet moves back until you are touching it. I believe anyone should be able to sit comfortably in this position for a long while. I need a large, flat seat (average size) for extended sitting.

The first couple of weeks have been great! These chairs were part of my purchase of three chairs for my children to go fishing
5/5

They have so far lasted a long time! As a normal person, I am able to - A size 18 adult male who weighs 230 pounds, they support my weight well. The back rest adds no bulk or weight but provides a bit more comfort than the tripod chair without a back rest. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the chairs.

Chair made of light material that is easy to carry
4/5

I am looking for a quick and easy-to-use e-mail solution for my husband The local driving range allows you to use your chair. The one he's using seems substantial and safe enough to support his 6'3" height and 265 lbs of weight. A warning is to avoid leaning back too far when using. It is lightweight and easy to transport. This will cause it to tip over on its back.
