Questions & Answers

Does the accessory system have the option of being ordered ?

Thank you for stopping by. The accessory system is not sold by us. To find out more about Cotopaxi, I recommend contacting them directly. It is my sincere regret that you are having trouble. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me. Thank you, and best wishes!

Is there an accessories bag included with it?

It does not come with a bag to carry the accessories. The rain fly and pack are all that is necessary.

The height and weight of my son are 6'1" and 185 lbs What happens if he wears this pack too short? Is he going to be able to wear the straps? The straps on these bags are adjustable, right? Would you mind giving me a shout out?

Reviewers from tall heights have stated that the width of the waist strap is too narrow, making the non-dominant side of the frame that much more noticeable A waist strap that can be removed is With that said, I think this is a problem that is common among tall people, due to the fact that many travel packs are built to fit within For a 6+ height, you'll want to pick one that is widely recognized for its efficiency.

Can the zipper and the bag material survive rain and snow? What a pleasure?

Sure, as long as you keep the rules in mind. I would say yes to rain storms.

The bag is nice, but the hip belt is mostly useless
3/5

Please note that I like the mesh in the back panels it's pretty comfy *- In terms of interior organization, it's at the top That's not bad. Please note that I'd say the whole thing has pretty much already been waterproofed. They include a rainfly for some reason I don't understand. Please note that The zipper is a very strong and hard to steal device It is true. Please note that Straps that can be stowed. If you want to pass, this could be a game changer Con You need to drop off your 35L backpack as a personal item at the airport. Please note that It is not possible to keep shoes inside. Please note that There are no air channels on the back panel. Please note that With them being stowable, they are easy to transport). Please note that I am a big fan of this hip belt. There seems to be no reason for the design to include this. The hip belts on this backpack are among the narrowest, weakest I've ever seen on a backpack (apart from the 28L version, which looks more like a seat belt). only one zippered pocket that's so small that you might fit in a stick of gum (this is not an exaggeration). As long as I stand upright, the belt is completely above my hip bones, so it can't do much for me. I find that if I let the bags straps sag, I gain more weight on the hips, but I also have the bag far enough away from my back to be uncomfortable. In all tests, a load of 12 kg was used. The author could use this as a light-hearted statement Put the backpack in the For shorter individuals with lanky torsos (I am 6'11" and lanky), the hip belt issue might not be as problematic. Whatever the case may be, I will likely return this bag to opt for one that distributes weight more evenly to the hips,.

This pack allows you to pack lightly while on the go
5/5

For a 10 day trip, I bought this to pack light. I enjoyed it very much. The product is very durable, has great organization sections, and is easy to access. It worked out that I could pack 2 pairs of pants, 9 tops, a dress, pajamas, loafers, a pair of shoes, a bathing suit, socks, undies, etc. However, I still had some space. Carrying the bag is even comfortable when it is One negative I've found is that the rainfly may not be necessary (I walked around for about an hour in the rain with it off and nothing got wet), and I wish there was a better place to store the shoulder straps. ICELANDAIR (whose overhead compartments are a bit on the small side) was able to use it. This is an excellent pack in general.

You get a lot in this As a result of having just had a foot surgery and needing a scooter, I bought this product for my trip to Asia
5/5

Since I can't take full cases as I normally do, I couldn't take them all. I can't believe that this thing is so Besides the Cotopaxi Batac, I also bought the M9 Pocket. Designed to roll up and fit in the Allpa's top pocket, it is designed to roll up and fit in there. Once I get to Asia, I'll be able to use it as a laptop bag or hiking pack. On my way back, I used both packs so I would have more space to bring back additional items. A passenger's overhead is under his/her seat, while the other goes over the overhead. This is such a great set up that I would likely use this instead of luggage in the future, and for those who do have to pay for luggage, this is a good option. Even though I had to pack for a one week trip, I did manage to do it The only cons are two. Due to the toughness of the pack, it weighs a considerable amount when empty but I doubt that it will buckle under any load. I guess you get what you pay for when it comes to the price.

With out this bag, I wouldn't have been able to take this trip! While transportation strikes were taking place in Paris, I spent a week in London and Paris over Christmas
5/5

Since I was unable to carry any of my belongings in my car, I walked to all but two of my destinations. As a result of the way the interior of the pack is separated, all of my junk was distributed evenly. My jacket even had a couple of secret pockets that I didn't even know were there. As I traveled, I found so much space in this bag that I empty out the "carry-on" bag I brought with me and store everything in this bag, including that bag! I was able to get it inside the airplane cabin even when it was stuffed to the brim. I like it so much that I will replace my Patagonia sling bag with one of their 20L packs. I like the multiple handles on the exterior because you can carry it in whatever way is convenient for you at the moment. It would be impossible for me to put everything into this pack unless I was an organization nut. If I had the option, I would give more stars. We are certain you will not.

I was blown away by the size of the It was my backpack that I used while traveling in Africa for a 10-day excursion
5/5

There was so much room in it that I was amazed. Despite packing my iPad, I was able to take it. In addition to this bag, I had a fanny pack and a tote The airline did not check any luggage. I will be grabbing this bag all the time from now on.

Every scratch is visible on the plastic front
3/5

A long weekend was recently used for this. The room was spacious, and all of the positive reviews were true- except. . . The plastic front of my bag (black) has permanent scratches from being thrown into overhead bins and pushed through security twice in a short period of time. A bag that fits - It is unable to fit into tight places, however, because the straps and the plastic both catch and prevent the bag from sliding. We took a city tour in a gentle manner It has no idea what it will look like when I ask it to work, so I do not know how it will look. It makes me nervous to return it to the With those scratches, are they likely to accept it? The item looks used, so they probably won't be able to sell it again.

Airline travel is a breeze with this
5/5

This was a gift from a friend - On three trips, I have used it as a bag while flying and it has been great each time. The bag has plenty of room to haul all of my clothing, electronics, and toiletries for a week-long With the inside organization, small items are easy to find, and the larger portions work nicely with packing cubes. appreciate the robust construction and the material, which, though it isn't waterproof, helps keep things dry if you get caught in a downpour. There is one important point to remember It is a personal item that I have used before on budget airlines when I do not want to pay for a carry-on I put it on my The majority of the time, it's been fine. There was one gate attendant who nearly refused to let me take it on without paying because I had to shrug it to fit into the box used by the airline to check the size of the Make sure you don't completely stuff it or go with the 28L size if you're flying on one of these airlines.

This is a great carry-on backpack
5/5

Our son bought two of these backpacks before embarking on a European trip. This is actually what we carried for our 11 day trip, combined with souvenirs. We didn't want to check luggage, and these bags fit everything we needed. It was easy to keep everything in place because there were pockets everywhere. Our feel of security was enhanced by the locking zippers, and the durable fabric done a fantastic job. This is a great bag that I can recommend without hesitation.
