It had a total length of 100' and was completely intact.
This is the small cording that is used to braid bracelets and other similar items. I'm not sure what you're planning to do with them, but if they're not in step, they could cause "rope burn."
I'm not certain. That is something I haven't tried. If any color or type of object floats, I believe they all will.
Liz, the cord is round, but it lies flat on the card on which it is wrapped.

Spec. It's decent paracord, but it's not true military quality (it's commercial grade), and it has a slightly'stiffer' feel to it, but not to the point where it interferes with knot holding. It does a good job of holding knots. And I'm a 20-year Air Force Parachute Rigger, so I'm familiar with paracord.
I recently made some self-watering planters (see photo) out of wine bottles that I cut in half vertically. The cotton rope I was using as wicks to transport water from the bottom reservoir to the plant and soil (capillary action) began to rot and stink. Paracord makes good wicks and doesn't rot like cotton, according to what I've read. After receiving no response when I asked if other customers had used this paracord for hydroponics, I bit the bullet and decided to give it a shot. br>br>The paracord was packaged in a plastic bag when it was delivered. To hold the soil up, I measured and cut 18in strips, then folded and tied two strips together before threading them through screen mesh (the same material used for window screens). So far, the paracord has done its job, and my plants are flourishing despite the fact that I do not actively water them every day. br>br>I also put one end of the paracord in a glass of water and the other in an empty glass to test its capillary abilities. The water is transported to the empty glass, as shown in the photos.
The color is vibrant. Because of its flexibility and texture, I gave the blaze orange paracord 5 stars when I bought it. I've used paracord that was either too stiff or too slick for common outdoor tasks like wrapping a hatchet handle or erecting a shelter. This is not the case with this paracord; it not only looks good, but it also serves a practical purpose. Wraps, braids, lashings, knots, and whatever else I need to do with cordage are all simple for me. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and would gladly recommend this paracord to others.
I'm pleased with what I received. I'm going to post some photos in case they can help someone who is trying to figure out what colors to use. br>I put my hand on the image to give you an idea of the size of what you'll get.
I bought this paracord to restretch one of those zero-stretch zero-stretch zero-stretch zero- gravity chairs with completely deteriorated strings. A length of 50 feet was ideal. After a week, it still seems to be holding up. I'll post an update in a few months to see how the string holds up after months of exposure to the sun and moisture!.
The colors are exactly what you'd expect. I've never tried any serious loads with paracord, so I can't vouch for its strength, but you're probably buying it for decorative or creative purposes anyway, and it's great for that.
I like the variety of patterns and bright colors that are available in paracord. br>Excellent paracord that appears to be of comparable strength and flexibility to other paracords. It was well-tied. Knots remained tied until I decided to untangle them. br>br>When I cut any paracord, I almost always burn the ends, an old habit that has served me well over the years. If you're going to be cutting a lot of pieces, it's worth taking the time to heat up a soldering iron. One operation is the and-seal. Either way, it's a good idea to practice, but do what you think is best for you.
I like the green color, and it appears to be the same 550lb test paracord that Bear uses. br>Now if only I could weave a ladder or shelter out of it like Bear. br>I was not given a discount on this product in exchange for my honest opinion; I paid full price.
