Hello, Yes, I can assist you. On the bottom of the charger, there is a black piece that protrudes a little, use your finger to slide it away from the stun gun, the charging plug prongs should slide out, simply plug into a 1100/120v household plug, and you are ready to go. John Van_Pelt wishes you all the best.
To shock someone, you'll need to touch them with the taser.

This is my second one, and the first is having charging problems. I should've returned it, but I propped it up against an outlet and it charged. The first was a year long. For what you get, I believe it is a reasonable price. It prevented a predetor from assaulting me at work. When I pulled it out, they decided not to attack me.
I let the Runt hang by the strap unless I'm walking quickly, because I discovered that rapid arm swings (or throwing a piece of trash into the trash can! The Runt will detach from the strap as a result of this. Because this has happened before, be cautious: I suppose you shouldn't leave it hanging. I'd hate to be in a fight and have the Runt disconnect just by moving my arm. br>I haven't used the Runt ON anyone yet, but I have used a few "bursts" of electricity on dogs to scare them away. It usually works, but I once had to use pepper spray on a dog who kept approaching. That was enough to send him packing. I prefer to wait until the dog is close enough to warrant physical contact before engaging in it.
It has a quick charge to it. Even after I warned my friend that I was going to discharge it, it scared both of us. It's next to my front door in case of emergency, and it's been fully charged for over a month. So far, I'm pleased with this device, and I particularly like how the AC prongs fold into themselves for convenience and eliminate the need for additional charging cords. I already have a surplus of them.
The Runt was suggested to me by a police officer. There are two of them in his wife's possession. It's simple to use, and it gives you a sense of security. For those whose nature is not to cause harm to others, but who do so for the sake of self-interest. This type of defense stuns an attacker without permanently harming them, giving you valuable time to flee and seek help. I was on time. I could tell it was done with care because of how well it was packaged.
It's small enough to fit in my hand and has a built-in charging feature that I really like. A charging cord was included with my previous taser. which was lost and rendered the gun useless once it was killed. I hope I never need The Runt, but it's nice to know it's there if I do.
If I come across any large dogs, I believe the stun gun's crackle will be enough to scare them away. I'm hoping I'll never need to use the stun feature, but it's there if I need it. The wristband and flashlight are two of my favorite features. It's a nice little unit with a charging plug. A winner!.
The flashlight was the only option that worked. I was extremely dissatisfied with the product and switched to a different brand.
This is ideal, and every woman should have one. Thank goodness I've never had to use it, but the flash light is very bright, and the stun gun's noise would likely scare humans and animals away before you could connect. I take it hiking and carry it when I go to my car late at night. I bought four of them: one for myself, one for my mother, sister, and niece, and one for each of them. Also works well as a gift.
