These sights are fantastic, and I'm going to use them on all of my self-defense pistols. I installed them on the p30, and as far as I can tell, there is no difference between the p30's dovetail cuts and the p30's dovetail cuts. p30L. The tolerances are extremely tight, so you'll have to relieve some metal to install it unless you have a high leverage sight tool (like the MGW Pro or something similar). If you do this, make sure it fits properly before removing it and reinstalling it with red loctite.
HK110O (Hong Kong 110O) According to the Trijicon website, the HK110Y will fit the HK P30 (make sure the sights are for the 9mm). 40 S& W prior to making a purchase)
I have both yellow and red in my collection, and I prefer yellow. They're effective in both low and high light environments.
They did a great job on my new HK VP9SK. Outstanding web pages

Maybe I missed one or two reviews where the product's glowing reviews weren't so glowing. Many of the Trijicon iron sights are mine, and I've installed them. These are by far the least appealing of the bunch. br>br>The Trijicon products for Glock all have a rectangular shape and fit perfectly into the slide's dovetail. The HK product (specifically the HK610-1) has a square shape and fits perfectly into the slide's dovetail. The rear sight on the 600896 HD XR) is shaped like a pentagon, with only three points of contact to keep it in the dovetail. The alignment of the sight is lost after a long period of use. "Blah, blah, blah, send us your slide, sights, and $30 plus shipping and we'll take a look," Trijicon product support said on the phone. " No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, It would be simpler to simply discard this product and replace it with something else. br>br>Instead, I went with the TRUGLO TFX Pro sights.
These sights fit perfectly on an HK USP9 compact that I installed them on. I'm happy to report that the sight picture is far superior to what all of the photographs suggest. I chose yellow over orange because the large yellow dot on the front stands out brilliantly, and the U-shaped rear sight allows it to settle in like it's in its favorite chair. These sights are simple to align, and there appears to be just enough space between the front and rear sight blades for a clear sight picture without feeling crowded. Needless to say, the original sights that came with the gun were "blah" in my opinion. These sights may bring this gun back into my top five favorites and make me want to carry it again.
The date of manufacture was marked "11" on the set that was sent to me. This year is "16," which means that almost half of the 12-year brightness guarantee has expired. This set of sights appears to be second-hand but is being sold as new. br>On Amazon, the image has a rating of "13," which is a little more reasonable. I was let down. If I buy it again, I'll get it from the manufacturer for about $30 more, which works out to about $6 per year of warranty. The sights should have come with a new set of sights for the price. br>The sights themselves are good, and they fit well. When used at night, three very small glowing dots appear, which are difficult to see but far preferable to no illumination. It's possible that the dimness is due to their advanced age. br>In the daylight, the yellow ringed front sight is easily visible. In the daylight, the rear sight appears to be totally black. br>Even though I installed them (using a professional installation tool), I may return them. br>By the way, don't even consider hammering them in or punching them in. That method is far too tight, precise, and delicate for them.
The sights are relatively simple to install, but zeroing them takes a long time, and out of all the sights I have on my other pistols, these provide the least amount of value for the money. The finish appears to be durable, but $140 for sights that shift when you take your belt off your back, glow dimly at night, and are difficult to see day or night (Yellow Front Sight) wasn't the best investment I could have made. I'd go with the Truglo Tritium Pro if they made them for the USP, but I guess I'll have to make do with these for now.
The sights are nice; they fit and glow exactly as they should. If you don't want to pop or smash the glow cylinders, install them with a good sight pusher. Sights are tactical, quick, and provide a visual representation of the situation. This means that I can easily hit a target on a regular basis but lack precision. At 15 yards, you'll hit a 5 inch target with regularity, but you might not hit the target in the center. When looking down the slide, the front sight is large enough to cover the target; however, there is another option with a smaller front sight that will work better for bullseye target practice. Both are good; what is your application? Is it better to practice target shooting or play defense?.
It was for a Glock 19 the first time, and they were fantastic. So I bought these based on my previous experience, and they haven't let me down yet. I've already fired 100 rounds through them, and they're still holding up well. They're a thousand times better than the Mepro night sights I had before. Advantages: br>br>
- During the day, the yellow dot is easily visible, and it has no effect on low-light photography.
- Quick acquisition is made possible by the notch. br>- I've never thought, "Oh man, I might break these," because they're so solidly built. br>- When I pull them out of concealment, they don't get tangled up in my shirt. br>br>Cons:
- Sit a little higher (I know, it's a minor detail)br>- In comparison to other attractions, it is quite expensive. br>- I'm at a loss for what else to say.
I like the sights so much that I put them on all three of my VP9 pistols that I use for competition. After only about 2,000 rounds, an orange ring vanished from my front sight during a match this weekend. I just got off the phone with Trijicon, who is sending me a new front without asking any questions. That is excellent customer service. br>br>Edit; I now have a spare rear sight thanks to Trijicon sending me a complete sight set.
With the exception of the rear sight cut, these sights are very nice. No photo of the sharp edge present at the very top of the rear sight was available at the time of purchase - For a weapon that could be carried concealed, this is counterproductive. Snagging loose clothing or other gear is a possibility due to the angle of the edge. Most other companies that sell sights for dual concealed carry/duty use angle the top of the rear sight toward the front of the weapon, allowing snaggable items to slide over the rear sight rather than being caught by it. br>br>Using a good sight pusher, installation was extremely difficult. There was some sweating involved in making sure the slide was not ruined, as well as putting in a little more effort than with other Trijicon sights. If you're doing the installation yourself, take it slowly and carefully.
