Yes. An ETEK can use anything with an autococker thread.

Is this going to fit a maxxed dye rize?

Yes, Dye/Proto guns can use auto cocker threaded barrels.

Is this a good fit for the victor spyder?

For paintball guns with Autococker threads, this barrel back is for you. The barrel threads on the Spyder Victor are similar to those on the Spyder.

Can a two-piece barrel be used with it?

No, between the freak front and back, smart parts/GOG uses their own proprietary thread. Also, the barrels for the freak and freak XL are not interchangeable. Only the Freak XL front and back can be worn together.
