Questions & Answers
The Cronus requires A5 threading, which is not available in the Spyder version.
Spyder threads only work with Spyder markers, so as long as it says Spyder, it should be fine. I believe I had the Tippmann threads, which were ineffective. I hope this information is useful.
It's a Spyder thread, as the name suggests.

For the money, it's extremely accurate and can completely change the game on courses where tight shots are required. I purchased a second one for my planet eclipse marker, which is extremely light.
Although the dust black color doesn't exactly match the gun, the barrel looks pretty cool on my Spyder Pilot ACS. There are no issues with the barrel because it is light and accurate. br>br>However, there are a number of drawbacks to this barrel. The barrel was packaged in a cheap plastic tube-shaped bag with only a bar code taped to it, inside a box that was far too large for it. There were no company stickers or labels on the barrel, and based on the several scratches I discovered, I believe it may have arrived used. It's not going to last long. The paint coating on the barrel is very thin, and it's easy to scratch. My stock barrel was MUCH more durable than this one, despite the fact that it weighed a little more. The barrel also does not screw in easily because the threads are slightly off, making it semi-difficult to screw in. In addition, the bore size isn't entirely accurate. This barrel appears to have a bore size slightly smaller than my stock barrel. 689, but I suppose it's fine if you like under-the-radar. boring. I don't like using this barrel because I'm always afraid of scratching or denting it instead of concentrating on the game, and I actually used my stock barrel last weekend. The dust black color choice was most likely a mistake; perhaps the regular black has a better paint job. br>br>I will only purchase CP Barrels from now on.
It's well-made, shoots accurately, and it looks fantastic! br>Please note that the finish is matte black. On a Tippman, it looks fantastic. If your marker has a glossy finish, a CP barrell might be a good option.
This barrel has all of the features I've been looking for. It keeps the paint from flying all over the place, and it's not too expensive. If scuffs and scrapes are a concern, the finish will most likely fail, but the function is excellent. There was nothing more I could ask for.
The black on the barrel is incredibly easy to scratch off. I didn't waste any time with it.
Good barrel, but my squeegee doesn't completely clean it, and it takes about 10 shots for it to be completely clean and shooting straight once more.
This is a fantastic addition to your paintball marker.
