Questions & Answers

Could you tell me what size the tube comes with if I wanted to replace mounting?

The diameter of the tubes is

I apologize for the inconvenience, but is there a way to rub the white logos off the scope and the Why don't I just become a billboard instead?

I'm not able to view my scope or base to inspect the graphics, but I'm certain they can be removed, but I'm not sure if there is a way to do it without destroying the If you wish to see if the finish holds up before applying it to the visible areas, you might want to try rubbing alcohol on the underside of the base first. A well-used green scrub pad with one of the solvents might help remove the graphics (if the solvents do not melt them), but rub gently to prevent damage to the underlying finish. If you're not successful, try acetone (nail polish remover) again. To save time, you could just cover it with black electrical tape if that is too much work.

The zero after 1000 rounds sounds good, but what about the zero after 1000 runs?

I think this is a great zero-carbon alternative One of the best ways I've ever used to keep budgets. It has tracked well and held zero since I've had it for 3 or 4 years now. Doping it out to 750 yards, hitting targets, then returning to zero with no problems was no problem for me. The only time I had to re-do anything was when I was in college For all the time I've owned it, I've had a zero balance. It is normal to see minor shifts that can range from 1 MOA to 10 MOA from batch to batch. My money is in the range of $500-$1500 There are 1000 dollar scopes all of which don't hold zero as well as this one. It's only a $2000 Nightforce with a $200 mount that holds zero better than mine. As far as optics are concerned, this is my most fortunate purchase. They hit out of the park with this one though, as most Truglo stuff is mediocre at best.

What's your experience with Can you tell me what caliber the rifle is?

In terms of performance, the scope should be fine, but the elevation turrets included with the scope are calibrated for the wrong setting. The two lines in figure 223 contain I am using 308 caliber ammunition. If you look for a dial that's closest to 6, you can probably choose that one. Calculate the differences in the ballistics of the Creedmoor 5 and Creedmoor 6. The following yardage chart is meant to serve as an example (it is just conceptual, as you have to know the ballistics of each load to develop the yardage chart) For , we will drop bullets. The distance to 223 is 200 yards. The number 6 is equal to The 5 Creedmoor can be seen at 275 yards. An easy way to keep track of conversions is to tape a conversion chart on your stock.

Listed below are a few reasons why I enjoyed it
5/5

As a first, let me just say I was surprised by the scope of the study. Typically, when I mount a scope on my rifle, it will be a Nikon, Vortex, or Trijicon one. There is a millett 1x4 Designated Marksman scope I own that I believe is more inferior to This was quite a pleasant surprise, as the glass was clear and the reticle was bright. In the past, I have been reluctant to buy a 1x4 or 1x6 scope because I am concerned with the lack of brightness of the reticle when working in bright sunlight and at 1x power. Having looked at dozens, I can tell you that I know what to expect. I am very pleased with the construction and durability of this scope. It has an extended throw lever, so I find it to be much faster to use. My Lever scope operates very smoothly compared with my Millett scope, which is like moving a car stuck on the side of the The fact that the turrets can be mounted on both the 9 mm and the 18 mm gun is interesting, even though it is mounted on the 9 mm carbine. The two lines in figure 223 contain This round of ammunition is 308mm. I acquired this scope for its capability to move easily between my various platforms, which made it an even more desirable purchase. After zeroing my rifle quickly, I was able to pull the trigger. Once I had zeroed the scope, I adjusted and locked down the turrets, and then I put the gun away. Using the 25 yard range, I hit holes touching holes and holes inside of holes, putting my groups within a MOA. A total of 200+ shots were fired and the zero maintained Following my reading of reviews prior to purchase, I inspected all of the lockdown screws when I opened the box. It was found that two screws on the scope rings and two screws on the turret caps were not completely tightened. These were easily resolved with the Allen wrenches that came with the package. used my Wheeler Fat Wrench to make sure all of the nuts were torqued correctly. As soon as I have time, I will use blue Loctite on all screws in the coming week. Though I do notice that my shooting is a little different due to the heavier scope, the difference is not significant. As well as having both green and red options for the reticle, this is an excellent choice. Tru Glo only needs to make sure that they guarantee quality assurance and do more detailed inspections of their products before selling them to the public than they are doing currently. Otherwise, this scope is no different than other scopes specifically designed for this type of work, only at half the price. If you are hesitant, don't hesitate, go ahead and make your decision because you won't.

The scope's price is competitive with scopes with a higher end
5/5

On two firearms I use this scope an AK and a Kel-Tec A RFB technology from tec. My rifles have been equipped with them for just over a year now. In regards to shooting long distance, I just got back from ringing steel out to 800 yards with my There is a lot of crystal clarity in the glass on the scope. They can try to say otherwise all they want, but it's every bit as clear as my Primary Arms and Vortex scopes and half the price. It has held up better than a tank, never shifting zero or knocking off a mark. You may want to look at this one if you need a great quality scope at a reasonable price.

The quality is great and the price is fantastic

Bought this for my daughter. There are tons of Alpha. Rifle with MLOK cartridge in 308 caliber. As I unboxed the scope, I was struck by how nice the finish was. Once I had removed the , I added the A new turret was installed at the place of the turret. Turret 308 is a small platform on top of the tower. It was very tight and I used thread locker after removing them to make sure they would not fall out. It was audible when the turrets clicked in place and the turrets were locked firmly. As I remounted on my rifle, I inspected the included base and rings and noted that they were extremely sturdy. As soon as the base was clamped to the rail, it made a solid connection. Despite its size, the scope is very clear and does not possess any distortion at the edge. The Bushnell, primary arms, and Sig optics that I have owned have been very good to me. Just as good was the optical quality of the truglo. My favorite thing about the reticle is its illumination and it worked well with There is always a visible reticle since it is etched into the barrel. In addition to being lightweight, the throw lever for magnification has a nice touch. As it moved through the magnification range, it was smooth. Hopefully after live fire I can give this scope a final review. But thus far, I can say its a terrific scope for the price.

Update I moved this scope to my Springfield Armory Saint Victor. This rifle has a 308 caliber. In the case of 200 rounds of 7, the result is
Ammo with 62 x 51 mm balls There has been no change in the scope. I haven't had any problems with the mount or rings coming.

The only problem is this This is what we know thus A rear optical lens cover failed on my camera after 50 shots through a mini- DSLR

I read about it in an amazon review The hinge came to my aid, and I found it. A pin should be placed on

If you plan to mount the scope on a rifle that uses intermediate caliber rounds or above, I recommend sliding the covers off To transport them, you should slide them back on. If you're a hunter, you may have to devise a way to prevent they slide back on when transporting objects. What are pins? My camera lens may be carefully staked or I may consider a protective rear lens cap aftermarket. To give you an idea of the cost, Leupold charges upward of $60 per I had no problem beyond that little hiccup, and the scope itself performed exceptionally well for a price like this. In order to solve this issue, I contacted TRUGLO about the lens cover. TRUGLO sent me a new one with pause after a few days. If I were to buy this scope again, I would. My Leupold VX-70 is an excellent scope In R 1, there are two options. Age 25 - The FireDot SPR Patrol Scope has a 4x20mm focal length and comes in matte black. A total of $529 was paid for it on Amazon. The TRUGLO is my favorite car out of all the VX-98s I have owned, and I picked up the VX-98 on January 17, 2019 The VX-tax return I submitted just got approved Perhaps it is defective? Regardless, TRUGLO is the better optic as it currently stands. You know this too I also have LEUPOLD scopes that are great, but this TRUGLO is way bigger and better designed than any of the others. With the VX-150, that's not the case As far as size and design go, it is very similar to R. There is an old axiom that says "you get what you pay for. ".

Your memory will serve you well when you recall "American Made" used to be a powerful advertising slogan. Leupold just resting on its laurels since its name has become the go-to brand these days, right? As the optics market has become oversaturated, is Leupold going to sacrifice quality in order to survive?.
