Selected User Reviews For Hoppe's 24032D Boresnake, 28 Gauge
The 28ga barrel I cleaned yesterday is still in good shape. Hoppe's Boresnakes have so much elasticity that I can only use 3 older models, and all of them are virtually impossible to work with. Despite the tight fit, this one did not over-plumb Similar to their 20GA Boresnake, these are extremely tight and stingy. However, I did not need to use the included handle. However, it is a great feature if you do.
I bought this for a client who wanted a 28 gauge Was a little disappointed to find an unbranded snake rather than the Hoppe's brand name. It was her first time to use the non-firing side of the gun This kind of string is very fragile, and it snaps The rephrased version It was tied but not a great look for the brand or my idea of a push pole over this. In addition, the attachment for the handle is a nice idea but isn't anything.
In order to use my 28ga bore snake, I needed one. It surprised me to find that the top served as a grip as well. The bore snakes I have now are much better than my older ones. Since I don't have to step on the brass weight to pull the snake through the barrel, it is easier to maneuver.
On my 28 gauge, 20 gauge, and 12 gauge guns, I only use these. Putting a good coat of bore solvent on a patch and letting it sit for 5 minutes should do the trick Then wait 10 minutes and then wait 4 The bore snake has been used 7 times and it is.
To clean my barrels, all I use is these tools. This is a fast and easy process.
The tool is of high quality and does its.
Is functioning as it should be. I'm in love with.
One of the best boresnakes available. Ensures that the cleaning is thorough.
