What is the "one-of-a-kind" solution? To me, this appears to be a silicone rag. On it, there are no MSDS. ?

I wouldn't waste my time on these. I ordered two, but when they arrived, the bags were already open. I noticed no difference in the wood stock of my Henry's after using both rags.
