The reason I took one star off was because Safariland really, desperately, seriously needs to learn how to name their products logically and consistently. There are three QLS22 receiver plates attached to each QLS19. This is the QLS22 receiver plate. As a result, this part attaches to your gear, while the QLS22 that mates up to it attaches to your favorite holster(s), making what seems like an in-the-back strap process a simple and quick one. You will have to buy a QLS19 kit first, which comes with one of these QLS22 units. After that, you will want to buy two extras to put on the rest of your With just a few quick clips, you can attach a plate carrier, a paddle, etc. Once that's done, you'll be able to wear your gear like the big boys, without having to unravel and curse every time you have to enter.
