Questions & Answers

Can you tell me how stiff this is?

It works because all the closures are Velcro, so it isn't stiff at all. Several types of forks are available to me, and they're all good for my purposes.

The panel seems stiff to me, is that right?

This isn't at all the case.

If this can be enlarged, can I order it ?

The website describes how it works with their backpack system, but I've not checked it out yet

The pistol does not slip if there is a tab that fits into the ejection port. Is this included with this pistol? Reviewers mention missing parts in their reviews. ?

The only time I ordered was It comes with a friction tab, so no issues.

It was a cool concept but in the end didn't work

My holster (full size) and mag pouches are both mine. The construction is of good quality, and the idea is really interesting. Assembling the products was also quite simple for me. Although I turned out to be able to save the document, I ran into a few issues My company has a PPQ involving a TLR 1) The holster is designed with several holes cut into the pattern in order to please left-handed and right-handed shooters. I experienced inconsistent draw success because of these holes in the structure, which caused the structure to be inconsistent (in my case). There were times when my front sight snagged on the material, and other times when it did not. 2) The ejection port cover (which is supposed to lock the gun in place) proved to be a difficult challenge to obtain right, and I never managed to get it just right. It must have taken me a dozen attempts to get a good draw out of the holster, and I couldn't get a consistent retention. What a hassle. • 3) The hook & the lead A loop that isn't sticky isn't very appealing. There's no way I'm confident that it will hold up under any kind of difficult circumstance. I did not want to abandon the product entirely, so I bought two yards of SERIOUS velcro and applied it as needed to correct all Here is what I recommend You should pick up the QVO Tactical "Secondary" holster, and you should get their velcro holster adapter for about Holsters are made by them for a reasonable price, and that attachment has an attachment that will not budge, so you can store your gun with confidence and not worry about it coming undone.

There seems to be a problem with this
3/5

In this review, I examine how the G43 works with the MPH Sub holster. I had multiple attempts at rewrapping the gun and shaving the retainer, but was unable to get it to correctly retain. Despite my efforts, I was never able to lock the gun down so that I could not draw it, or to adequately retain the gun so that it did not fall out when shaken, but I could get it to lock down so that I could not draw it at all. The gun keeps slipping out of the bag after I put it in. Ideally, the retainer should be attached outside of the holster at the top edge of the slide over the ejection port and should have enough elasticity to retain the weapon. It was impossible for me to align the hole to the ejection port in such a way that it would seat correctly. There is probably some way to strap this retainer down somehow with Velcro, but I am done messing around with it. My order for something else with a proper retention strap is already on its way (for $10). My initial thought was that the retainer would line up better on a wider framed gun, but I am not happy with it.

There aren't any "sticky" Velcro strips

I would have preferred a stronger velcro on the Quad as it wasn't strong enough for my needs. The construction of the Vertx panel is fine, however. Anyone who has ever bought milspec velcro in rolls or sheets will be familiar with how aggressively it sticks. If you don't pay attention, you might almost slide off this panel. This is not something I would recommend.

The idea is good, but has problems
3/5

I've been looking for options to carry my gear off my body in case I have to dump it into my bag and I've been considering molle and velcro organizers as well as equipment holders. There are two boxes checked with the MPH full and compact (I bought both). In reality, it's not that great when you get it and set it up. Despite what it may appear, the rubber nub of the retention system does not have an actual direction. The information booklet also states that you can shave a little off. To make any gun work correctly, it needs to be shaved down right from the start. In any case, no matter what I do to adjust it or setup the holster, I have to draw very swiftly and with great force to be effective. I draw it almost every time, and it ends up chewing out a little bit of rubber, so maybe it'll just adjust itself or eventually become too loose for me You might also end up catching the front sight on the opposite end of the ejection port cut out depending on what angle you draw from. Again, it appears to be a A piece of velcro is included that can be rolled up and put behind the holster to help offset it from the velcro that attaches to the whole holster. There is a piece of velcro that you could use to cover it. Velcro itself is a little bit of a thorn in the flesh. As far as I can tell, it sticks well to itself. There is a problem with the holster hook connection that makes it impossible to attach the whole holster to another item of equipment. There is not much density to the hook, and it is very short. The things you stick it to often make me want to tear them away from you. for the good part.

I like the small mag pouches a lot. I have no complaints with the way they hold my flashlight and magazines. My concerns would be greater if this were to be placed on a chest rig and I wouldn't depend on it.

This may not be the case in all cases
4/5

The box served its purpose and it is nice that the slide retention is 'universal'. However, the slide retention opening is not fully In conjunction with the PT111 G2 and a shield, this worked as it should. It is too far down on the slide that the opening is too far in both cases, and the retention device will not keep the slide in place. A problem may arise if velcro pulls during a tactical draw, especially if the piece of equipment is being redrawn. If you don't take the surprise factor into consideration, you'll lose out. If you try to be quiet, it may not be always a good idea.
