The wire has a diameter of 0 mm. A 22 caliber pistol will just about fit it.
It is determined by the revolver's weight and overall dimensions. Normally, the firearms are not allowed to come into contact with the counter. Also, if the caliber is larger, the angle at which the rod is inserted in the barrel can be altered because there is more room for movement.

I'm ordering more right now because they're so lovely and well-made. It's hard to believe that three stands were included in the $12 price tag. I've included a photo to see if Amazon will allow it because the stands showcase some of my most beautiful firearms.
45 Semi- autos. Everything is in order. The barrel's end is protected by a rubber "bumper" tubing. While the rod's coating is unlikely to cause any damage to the interior, I slipped some 3/16 ID x 5/16 OD clear plastic tubing over it just to be safe. Alternatively, shrink tubing could be used.
When I first took it out of the box, I was underwhelmed. I had asked other buyers if they thought it could hold a really heavy gun, and they all said yes. Well, it did in theory. I put the semiautomatic pistol on it, which weighs around 42 ounces unloaded, and I knew I couldn't trust it right away. It appeared that if it was shaken a little, it might tip over and or fall off. That wouldn't be an issue if I was using it to photograph the gun. I couldn't trust it for an extended period of time, so I tried some lighter handguns on it; the ones with short barrels and light weight performed admirably. It wasn't a complete disaster, but it wasn't exactly what I had hoped for. I'll start looking for something more durable.
First, allow me to explain how I use it. During the painting process, I use these to prop up handguns. The stand was ideal for my needs because it is stable and allows me to rotate the gun without touching the weapon itself. The rubber support is useful because it acts as a barrel plug, preventing paint from escaping. So, why was there a one-star reduction after such a positive review? I was hired to paint a very expensive BB gun, and the rod was too large to fit. I'm concerned that I'll have a similar problem with a. 22 people have yet to try it.
The Handgun Pistol Holder in Barrel Countertop Gun Hanger is made in the United States and is capable of holding nearly any pistol. I didn't like how there was only one rubber end cap to provide grip and padding; it slid around easily.
These display racks were purchased for storage, but I discovered that they are also suitable for use at the bedside. These stands are the perfect size to fit between my mattress and nightstands. The grip is angled upwards on the rack, making it easy to locate and grasp in the dark. The best draw angle while laying down is on the right side of the bed. The left side is a little awkward, but it's still easy to get to. This isn't secure storage, but I don't have any children and carry whenever I'm awake, so these are ideal for stowing my pistol. I can have three different staging spots with the three-pack. I'm glad I bought them, and I may buy more in the future.
I got them today, along with my heavy Dirty Harry from the 1970s. The 44 Magnum revolver is very stable in its suspension. The manufacturer/vendor responded quickly to my inquiry and provided an answer.
It's a plus that it's made in the United States! They are coated to protect the barrel and have movable foam padding to rest against the front of the barrel. I would not hesitate to purchase more and most likely will.
