I'm not sure what the actual weight limit is, but I have a very heavy LR rifle with an optic that fits perfectly.
The included hardware is designed for sheetrock and will not work with masonry. If you want to mount to rock or brick, talk to the guys at our local home improvement store. They should be able to provide you with a number of viable options as well as guidance on how to proceed. This mount would look fantastic above the fireplace if it had the proper hardware.

These display hooks are made to hold a rifle with a large scope far enough away from the wall to not cause any problems, and they're easy to set up and strong enough to support almost any long gun. In addition, I called the company to confirm the size and spoke with a principal who took the time to provide me with the information I needed. The product and the company have left a lasting impression on me. I will buy from them again without a doubt.
Very well engineered and manufactured in the United States. It has a nice appearance and is simple to put together. To protect your long gun, it has a nice rubberized black coating. Very well-thought-out, and purposefully non-traditional. pair of rifles, even with scopes, or shotguns that are identical. One "squared-off" neck "U" shape mount with a slightly more open point away from the wall and one "squared-off" neck "U" shape mount with a slightly more open point away from the wall. off- "U" shaped mount at the bottom. The narrower one should be placed closer to the trigger guard, while the wider one should be placed closer to the forearm, according to the instructions. It appeared to be incongruent. That seemed counterintuitive to me, but I tried it with my scoped airgun rifle and it worked perfectly, shielding the scope from the wall and comfortably holding the forearm in place. Good Phillips Head wood screws and plastic dryall anchors were included in the package. the ones that resemble colossal white screws If at all possible, I strongly advise drilling into wall studs. The standard 16-inch wall stud spacing above my door allowed me to position my airgun rifle perfectly between the stock and the trigger guard, as well as near the end of the forearm but before the exposed barrel. The flat black rubber coated gun mounts screw into the receptical on the wall mount itself, and the flat black powdercoated wall mounts each have two screws. It has a low profile and "disappears" into the gun, allowing your weapon to take center stage. You will not be disappointed if you are mounting a long gun. Enjoy!.
15's, but I was never happy with the quality of their construction or strength. They were always falling short in some way. For example, if they mounted quickly and were powerful, they could damage the firearm. These are the best wall mounts I've ever seen. Mounting is simple, but the result is a strong and durable product. They're protected by a layer that won't scratch or harm your skin. You've come to the right place if you're looking for a long-gun wall mount. You're not going to be let down.
I bought them with the intention of hanging something unique. I was ecstatic when they arrived. The metal is coated, and the hooks can be adjusted after they've been screwed into the base. The mounting hardware wowed me because I was expecting the flimsy drywall anchors, but they sent the upgraded screw-in anchors instead. anchors for drywall Unfortunately, the item I was trying to hang did not fit into the hooks, so I had to send them back. These are high-quality and simple to install, so I would strongly recommend them.
It's time for me to dig out my rifle from under the bed and hang it near the door! These look fantastic and are extremely durable! Holds my Sako Finnwolf in place perfectly. Oh, and I had to show the bear, and yes, I do drive a Prius with a Smith & Wesson M. At my side, I have a P Shield:.
When securing the support to the wall plate, keep an eye on the situation. Tacky. To get the rubber fitting to sit in an aesthetically pleasing position, I had to twist it in the opposite direction. I had to fight them a couple of times to get it right. Aside from that, these wall mounts feel solid and give the firearm a good cushion and grip. The hardware that comes with them is of good quality, and this is a well-made product that is well worth the money.
Excellent product, but there is still room for development. Hooks thread into captive nuts welded to the backs of mounting plates, but they can't go all the way in before the hook's threaded stud extends past the mounting plate's wall edge. This problem could be solved by adding some depth to the mounting plate or using a thicker hook spacer. br>br>I've already ordered a second set, and I'll be ordering more as I need them.
Even better, great gifts. This solution appealed to me because it allows me to mount the can opener with the beans already attached and ready to open the can. The brackets are quite sturdy (can of whoop**s). Obviously, you must plan your installation. In my RV, I was able to locate two aluminum studs and mount the brackets. I got everything together by selecting the J hooks for the appropriate end. The brackets and hooks are both very sturdy. I bought two pairs for my parents and in-laws. as a present for the holidays.
