It definitely did, I believe. For the speed clips, Blackhawk was used.

I give this product 5 stars, but I only give the seller 1 star. Pouch is a quality product manufactured in the United States. Materials and workmanship of the highest quality. Ordered bundles from an extreme tronics seller due to free prime shipping for a LEO shoot. I am using the packets for a new battle belt. The clippings did not show up. To compete, pouches had to be zip tied to the belt. I am very disappointed with the seller, but I am responsible for not reading the Some sellers are less than honest, not including the HSG clips with their MOLLE items. In the same retail price range, they also sell the clips to mount your pouches, but they force the customer to purchase those. It is shipped with clips by the manufacturer. Consumers are taken advantage of by some resellers. You should check the description to see if there are clips.
Keeps your information safe. There is no fallout when magazines are used. Get quality gear with the money you spend. It would not be good to fall over a fence or wall if you were sprinting or climbing over the wall. I know because I bought cheap pouches and it happened to me.
There is a hard backer that's wider than two rows of MOLLE, so it interferes with mounting If I had known then what I know now, I probably would have ordered two pistol tacos and positioned them next to I highly recommend this product besides that one point.
The vest or belt makes a great tactical vest, they are a nice fit and match perfectly with other Coyote parts, there is a bit of a price premium on these, however they are built well and there is one main competitor. There are good bungee cords that stay tight to them, but I presume they will wear out after a few years, so I guess you can replace them. They fit most of the magazines I have in the house, and have a good grip, which they can be adjusted. These are made in the USA so you can save money by not having to worry about a failure or replacement. All the cheep knock offs here will rot and fail in a few weeks, so why not save a few bucks and not worry about that.
While I was happy with other gear carriers I owned, I would hear good things about HSGI taco pouches since I've heard praise for them for a long time. After setting up some new equipment, I tried these out for the first time and was amazed. When they are mounted properly, they will be able to lock into place no matter how they are threaded (which can be a bit of a pain), but that's how they are HSG International takes no responsibility for this. In addition to the rifle mag pouches, I also got the double pistol mag pouches. There are no faults in any of them.
Although I don't believe anything on the market does that, I don't see it as a valid complaint. The downside is that reinserting the unused mag is not so easily done without looking, but here's another downside. Also, it has a smaller footprint than It is worth the $ to use plastic instead. Save your money and buy this now rather than some specific magazine crap. You'll probably be back to get this eventually, so get this now while it's cheap.
There is nothing that can compare to a Hi Speed Gear product. My 5-inch display is used by me On six days out of seven, he spends up to 12 hours a day working. The equipment I have used has not disappointed me in any way. As with every piece of equipment, once it is worn in it will loosen up, so be sure to adjust the elastic draw strings to keep them tight. Those of us who live in urban areas should check this out. It is possible to crawl through tall grass and bushes in the field but debris and magazines can become caught if you do.
I hoped I'd like these because I use a rifle taco without issues. In this case, it is unnecessary. At the bottom, the stitching on the webbing actually popped with very little effort. Even on a molle gunfighter belt, the molle clips are now free to slide, so the taco pouches jump up and down. Since the stitching was hidden, I did not realize it until I tried to return it after the 30 day period had.
