I'm not sure what kind of speed loader you have, but if it's the round, six-round type, I doubt it.
Yes, the cartridge can be inserted in either direction in the 9mm box. A cartridge with a larger rim diameter than the bullet diameter, such as the 38' 357 or 44, can only be used with the bullet side down.
Yes, I locked it in a different had case. There is no problem with 20 years.

I would highly recommend it.
These MTM boxes are the best, but there is an element of curiosity involved. The green boxes appear to be made of a much more durable polymer than the other colors for whatever reason. As a result, whenever possible, I purchase the green versions.
These boxes come in handy for me because I like to buy ammo in bulk. I can bring whatever I want to the range without having to worry about my bags separating and spilling rounds into my range bag.
When buying ammo in bulk, these are useful. You can remove the ammo from the bulk pack and store it in this case, making it easy to remove ammo and install it in your handgun magazine when you're at the range.
I use these boxes to store my bulk ammo, and they work great. When I went back to buy some more, the price had increased by fourfold. Both times, Amazon shipped and sold the item. I'll leave it up to you to decide whether or not something for which I paid $2 is worth it. 79 dollars is well worth ten dollars.
This is an excellent ammunition storage container. It's well-built, and the ammunition fits snugly inside. I took it on a Southwest Airlines flight and it breezed through security with no problems.
Although I don't use the labels very often, they are a nice addition. I simply haven't found anything better at that price.
A low-cost method of transporting ammunition to the range. The ammo's cardboard boxes may disintegrate if they are mixed in with other items in the range bag, or if they are wet. Ammo storage isn't ideal. These boxes are sturdy, and they come with labels that can be attached to them. There is a label that can be used to identify your powder charge, bullet weight, and other information for those who load their own ammo.
