Because my significant other is fragrance-sensitive, I need to use a scent-free antiperspirant. Dead Down Wind, which almost works too well, and Wildlife Research, which works quite well, are two other brands that I frequently use. br>This brand appears to only work for a few hours, if at all. It could just be that my biochemistry isn't compatible with it, but it barely works for me.
Purchased in preparation for a hunting trip. It seemed like a good idea at the time. Yes, it is effective. I didn't think you could get rid of all traces of scent from your body, but this worked for me. I couldn't smell anything after I showered, which was strange, but that was the point, right? The shower gel was used first, followed by the deodorant. br>br>Did the deer benefit from it? So, I'd say it worked because I came across quite a few that should have picked up my scent and bolted. Is it true that I got a deer? No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no But that's fine because I mostly go to hang out with my friends.
I used this product in conjunction with the same manufacturer's scent away bar soap, and it did an excellent job of eliminating scent and preventing body odor. I also used one of the same manufacturer's fresh earth wafers and had two or three deer walk within 30 yards of me without using a hunting blind or anything. They were not frightened in the least. It goes well with the rest of the line's products, but not so much on its own.
This is the best deodorant that isn't scented. It's more powerful than secret clinical for women, but it has no odor. My husband uses it and claims that it works better than any other antiperspirant he's ever tried. We've tried every single one of them. It outperforms Arm and Hammer, Speed Stick, Mitchem, Degree, Old Spice, Toms, Crystal, and any other brand, he claims, with the exception of Island deodorant, which he claims works equally well.
This was purchased prior to going on a Manitoba spring bear hunt. For the duration of the hunt, it worked. I'd like to see this last from sunrise to sunset, because it doesn't seem to last as long as my scented deodorant. Maybe that's just how it is, but I'd like to see some improvement.
The dial at the bottom is reversed threaded and brand new. It works by winding down the deodorant rather than pushing it out. The rail comes out if I screw in the opposite direction. To push it out, I had to use a pencil.
Some of the adjusters were damaged upon arrival and are no longer functional. a poor standard.
