Tracki was a great investment for me because it revealed my husband's activity and I thank you, it worked great. I would highly recommend the Tracki if you suspect your husband is engaging in inappropriate behavior.

I am stunned. initially intended to give this three stars, but then the negatives added up and then they updated the app and made things much worse. I tried to like this, but there is only one positive aspect I can think of, and that is the fact it is small and easy to hide. The phone app and the web interface each have the capability of viewing history and setting alarms. Each interface has different capabilities, so some options may be available on one, but not on It appeared that the maps were similar until the phone app was When tracking history on the phone app, the mess of lines became even more unbearable since it lost the functionality of letting you know the direction of travel. In most cases, you can only pull up a full day's worth of tracking history. As a result, it is not easy to pinpoint a specific hour or two when you know something is happening or even the time a particular person is driving unless you download the file and alter it. It was hard to get a charge out of the battery. When the tracker is actually tracking a moving object, a greater amount of power is used. To make it longer, I stretched it to 2 pages. In one or two instances, I could charge it once or twice each week, but most days I had to charge it every day. I was going to hardwire it into the vehicle in order to solve this problem. There was a temporary pause in the app's operation. Additionally, hard wiring it defeats the purpose of having a small device, and even with a low power setting it did not help much. I turned it off for 15 minutes, then on for five minutes each time to try and gain an accurate reading. The instructions on how to do that are nearly non-existent, but you can do it on the web interface but not in the application. It provided more options for past history, as long as it was in the past 24 hours, but any time you viewed it after a day had passed you could only see a full day at a time. *BTW, this tracker can only conduct one minute updates. Other trackers are set to update every 3 to 5 seconds, which is actually the slowest setting. The result is that, often, the track does not follow the road. During my time with this unit, it would often last for a single day. I also used other trackers that lasted for easily 2 full weeks. In an attempt to save battery, the intervals were reduced, but people were no longer able to see people pulling over to pick up someone. In addition, there is no way to tell what roads were There is no tracking of data such as miles driven as some systems For functionality I had better luck with free apps on a cell phone I had when I was a kid. What if I dropped my phone again in the car? It was a silly mistake. I was not able to understand how a "magnetic mount" could be a magnet attached to velcro. As a result of the update, the app stopped working. Moreover, it changed the default map to one that is very plain, which makes it difficult to figure out where it is. Changing the view to a more aesthetically pleasing one does not change it back to the default one I dislike.

In the past week, I was contacted by a representative. The professional manner he displayed and his appreciation of my negative input were great. More importantly though, I got the impression that they are working on improving the product. Though I waited too long to update this review, I may have blown it. First, I wanted to see the actions and improvements. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the level of customer service and attention to detail. what’s up with those improvements I was talking about earlier? A new version of the web interface and an updated version of the Android app were released. It is now possible to configure battery saving on all formats and it is more simple It is now easier than ever to find the history of a country without having to look at a full day's worth of data. In the map, you can choose to view it in the way that best suits your preferences. The arrows indicate the direction of travel once again. In addition to the above photo, I provided an image so you can see for yourself how the distance indicated in the old app map differs from the new one. Now, everything is more uniform among the app and the PC, so I don't have to switch between them to get all features. The company promised to try to add more features to it and this appears to be a fact. Currently, the unit is selling for less than the competition. It normally falls between what they claim and what they do. At this point it usually takes two days for me to reach this point, but sometimes it takes a third. It is as advertised and within normal variance so I can't really take away a star for it. The wonderful thing about this device is that you can set it to do whatever This portable device is very lightweight and can be carried in a backpack or carried by a child. Adding a waterproof holder and battery pack to the mix will provide you with a whole lot more. It's up to you which option to choose. As I write this, the extended battery pack is charging. I haven't used it yet, but I will do so soon. In spite of it adding size to a small tracker, the waterproof case does not make it any larger than its competitors. Once I get to know how well the case/extended battery works, I am likely to update the post. However, this company has completely changed my opinion of the company after providing great customer service.

Update 12/03/2020 I just cancelled my service. I just wanted to say that this company has changed so much since I started using Originally hating this product, I have since used it many times and it has given me peace of mind. In this case, I cancelled it since my child aged out and now has a job. My phone would give me a low battery warning when the battery level fell to 10%. After getting the first warning (with the optional pack), the battery would still hold up for about five days. Although, the standard battery is not as good as it could be. In terms of the service itself, I found it Numerous enhancements have been made, such as the ability to report mileage and other information. There are some areas where KPH readings are given instead of MPH despite what seems to be a properly setup transmission. As a whole, I am now a very satisfied I have always found that customer service responds promptly to my queries.

We purchased a GPS tracking device initially so we could locate our special needs son in the event that he went Every time he goes to school, every time we get out and about on weekends, and anytime we leave town or go on vacation, we pin the necklace to his pocket. In the only scenario we fear, he will go missing and never be able to communicate who he is, where he lives, what the phone number is, etc. With this device and the mobile app, we have peace of mind in the event he is ever lost. The assurance of knowing where he is is so comforting that we also go to this facility for our other child who does not have There used to be another GPS tracking device that we used for years, but it (along with many of the older GPS tracking devices) operated on the G2 network, which is gradually Many of the features on that other GPS tracker have been phased out over the last few years. We were heartbroken at the thought of not being able to locate our son. Finding a replacement GPS tracker was also difficult since they were all using 2G networks. It appears that the Tracki device runs on the 3G network, as per the specs. Our excitement when we discovered these led us to order a set of them right away. There's nothing more to say than that the price is extremely reasonable for such a device. I like the plans. At the moment, we are using the month-to-month plan, but we will switch at some point to one of their yearly plans, which will save us money in the long run. Although the app is still relatively new, it is fairly updated. There are two versions of the app, the latest being released in March of 2019 and version 2 as of now. I'm happy to report that it has improved greatly and that they are constantly improving it When any of the triggers you setup (such as entering or leaving a zone you define) happen, the app will get an alert. There is no need for other people to have the app if alerts about activities are to be sent to them. You can setup the app so that texts are sent to a specific mobile number and e-mails are sent to specific addresses You can send an e-mail to a specific address You can write to us at the address below. You can set the app to notify you when your device hits a percent battery life so that you know when to recharge your battery. It will show you the battery life left on the device. It has a great batter life, and we can go a few days between charges. With the app, you can set it to refresh location every 1, 2, 5, 10, 30 minutes, even every 1, 2, or 4 hours. It will even "ping" the device so that it will beep when it gets a new location. This has really helped when kids forget where their devices were. We used this feature a few times when they couldn't remember where their devices were. In addition to displaying past device movements, the application will also provide a history of the device movement, which will be handy, for example, if a device is lost. There are also a lot of nice features on the device. During the night, it has a power-off button so you can turn the device off. These are not available in other versions. The next time the children come home, we turn the battery off, which saves battery life. It has 3 buttons, one of which is an SOS button if your child runs into trouble, which will automatically alert you to the pressing of the SOS button on the phone. Besides that, there are 2 other buttons that you can use if you want to get notified for anything else. has a clip that you can attach to a child's pants, so they can access it at all times. There is a small ring loop on the back of the bag to attach a keychain. A small cable tie with a safety pin tied to it made it easier to put on our son's pocket, making it less likely for him to remove it. The device may be described as inaccurate in some comments. Based on my experience with several GPS tracking devices, I would say that they are all the same. Just give it some time, maybe it won't update the second you look at the app, but it will eventually update just believe.

As a tracking device specialist since 2007, I've worked with a variety of tracking devices. When they were $750, they were a good deal. A wholesale price is a wholesale cost. Regardless, these guys got the job done. It is important to remember that GPS is very sensitive. If it cannot access satellites due to obstruction, it switches to using cell tower triangulation, which is not as accurate as GPS, but is still very accurate. The unit also routes the hotspots nearby so that the client can select a good location from the WIFI network. Word is working on an update that will add some added features, once it is released, it will prove to be a useful addition to Word. Therefore, I would recommend one of these to any of my family members, but only if they don't want to get lost.
