Jiobit (2021) - Smallest Real-Time GPS Location Tracker for Personal Safety | Kids, Pets, Elderly, Adults | Tiny, Waterproof, Durable, Encrypted | Long-lasting Battery Life | Cellular, Bluetooth, WiFi

My son could run away at a moment's notice when out and I needed this tracker to track him. My company, which develops equipment for collecting transportation and data on the road, produces small sized trackers that are quite difficult to produce. In one corner, a mobile phone module that transmits frequent updates over the internet and a satellite-compatible gps receiver to get the child's position is necessary for being able to access those updates. As an alternative, your tracker should weigh a reasonable amount and be incredibly small. Using this tracker now for a month on 3 different continents has had extremely positive results with the battery lasting no less than a week. As well as the great free app and the good battery life of the Jiobit, I feel extremely satisfied. However, it is important to understand this unnatural long battery life in its true sense:
- a child is within visual range of your phone, the Jiobit allows it to connect to a Bluetooth network for powering. The service allows you to make decisions on who to invite into your care team, including larger children and their parents, siblings, etc. As a small child like ours, you will likely be close to us almost the entire time. However you can also invite as many friends as possible to Battery consumption is extremely low when the child is not too far away (30 meters or so) from the care team member. As soon as your child disappears while in a crowded area, simply plug in the app and run the tracker remotely, which will activate a siren so that your child can be heard. The app can also detect how close a parent is to their child with an indicator on the device. It is used indoors as well as outdoors, where gps signals are incompatible. In extreme situations where the child is distant from you or another member of your care team, the Jiobit automatically switches to the more efficient cell phone data and GPS system, allowing you to continue monitoring the child throughout the entire planet, no matter how far away from it is. There will be about 1 second of power saving for the Jiobit in this mode. In the absence of any other power-saving settings, the computer will operate for five to two days. The data phone/gps mode lets you save energy but, there are also ways to do so.
- If a child enters a Trusted Place such as the kinder garden, he will save battery life until he or she departs.
- A child in the same spot for more than one or two hours may halt receiving updates, as the app will make sure it does not harm batteries.
- The tracker allows you to keep the battery running long by turning it on/off as long as it is in reach of Jiobit, so the battery life will rise regardless of where Jiobit is on the system. There are built-in claw pins designed to make sure you don't For use as an accessory, the tracker will be magnetic, allowing the child to not be able to take it out. All in all I would argue, that the best tracker on the market today can be considered within modern constraints.

7/9/2020: New update 6/9/2020: I can't find any contact info from Jiobit lately, which is all that is left to me. I will contact them in the future. Although I believe there are value in this product, it’s not something that needs to be purchased ourselves, and I'm sad when they don't keep in touch. It is my pleasure to wish you the best Jiobit. 11/15/2019 Update: There have been no updates today. In the years since we bought our home, several things have happened. It seems as though the second unit the company claimed changed significantly from the original (?? They might have supplied the wrong products. Nonetheless, they have stated that I do not have access to the device, but it works just fine when used the same way as the first one.

Fees: In addition to repricing and reimbursing customers, the company's fees have been updated too. ANTHEM: Bluetooth Here are a couple of examples of how it still works without changing. Some other reviews mention the battery life, but with moderate usage it can still last for about a day and a half.

UI: My iPhones have only a very basic app that contains a couple quirks that bother me and other things I don't agree on, but I don't experience any crashes, malfunctions, or unwanted user interaction. would have been nice to receive this as part of my telephone bill or another subscription. Most of us fail to justify our next subscription with it, but others might do so. Despite having some peace of mind during a couple of trips, it does not appear to make a difference to us when we go on vacation. In summary, if you understand how to use it, it is substantially better than other options. Although I believe customer service has been excellent, and based on a review that claims otherwise, I believe the customer could have been unreasonable based on the review. Having received an increase from 1, I cannot express how positive their support has been. My previous thoughts: Since then we have been using it, but recently we took it out of the city on a short trip. A week's battery life isn't *any* how long it will last. We used it quite often with a full charge and it lasted for over a day. Beginning May 2019, this will be a brand new company. Edit: While using live tracking can extend battery life and give some people access to live communication for a longer time, this could compromise reliability. As such, we were pleased to see that live tracking was accurate in the analysis of our hands. As a general principle, the mobile fence was our most attractive asset. In my practice the alerts for Bluetooth are randomly generated, even though it can be used using Bluetooth. At times it triggered when he was looking at me with his finger, and sometimes when he was 50’ or higher away, and sometimes even when he wasn't looking directly at me. There was no practical effect of setting the distance on the ground. I pretty much admitted the feature is a beta program, which will continue to improve continuously. This is supposed to be our favorite film, but it doesn't quite live up to those expectations.

Update: Having issues with the features that were desired, the features that drains the battery, and the company not showing up upfront for our charges, we are returning ours. You may need to keep your SIM active for three months even if you choose to go month to month instead of signing up for a two-year contract, since there is a $3/month fee. That was not indicated to us, and if it was disclosed, it didn't appear Amazon must be blamed for the situation due to their rep's mistake. I want to note that Amazon quickly reverse any and all charges and the returns will be processed within 30 days, so we do not receive any damages. The outcome is still thoroughly disappointing. Hopefully, this device will become increasingly worthwhile in the near future.

I like the product, but cannot believe the subscription model is so complicated. You will be permanently terminated inside the device when you cancel your plan and without knowing if the SIM card will be returned.

It's better to quit working within a month. The battery life advertised on the website was simply not satisfactory after several weeks of consistent use. I do not approve of it even remaining at daycare and home one day without being updated with appropriate settings and appropriate destinations. I like the fact that it is accurate, but are you really going to charge it every night at this point?? *Correction* The Jiobit now completely stops working after less than one month. It will not start charging or resetting after less than one month in use. Refunds are not being provided by the seller.

My father has Alzheimer's disease, so I use this tracker to keep track of his progress. He gives me permission to attach this to his keys and lets me know when he leaves, returns, etc. In order for my son to be safe, I use geofencing. The battery is adequate, and you can use it comfortably. Device calibration issues or issues with refreshability could end up your device as well. In times when I've struggled to locate him, he might not appear there.

We provide small-sized products and good customer service. A boy with Down syndrome can sometimes wander while we are alone. He went missing in the crowds as I feared he might wander off at a convention and I wasn't sure how he would find his way back home. Because I was able to track him with the Jiobit, I had no problem managing his wandering. Our daycare and the bus routes now run on it every morning, so I know what I need to do to make sure he's okay. Neither of us should have any concern about whether he's on the right track. In recent months we have been forced to use customer service and thank these types of people for making us all happy. Having a quick and responsive staff, plus helpfulness. Customers have some of the best online customer service I have ever heard. I highly recommend the company.
