Can you tell me what the dimensions are?

There are only a few of them. It may be between 5 and 7 inches long with a blade between 2 and 21/2 inches long. Despite the fact that my daughter, age 6, enjoys learning with them, I can lash out at them whenever I wish

Is there a sheath included with this?

The answer is yes

What is the effectiveness of the sheath for EC?

It is very flat and flattened, so if you wrap it in a jacket, then it can be very stealthy. The belt loop strap will allow the handle to hang below most reasonable jackets and shirts when using it. My EDC is not my personal EDC, but I find it very convenient for throwing it in the air for forestry.
