As a quality knock-off, this saw is not that great This pole saw is based on a Silky Pocketboy 170, with a modification that allows it to be used It has a tooth profile that is between Silky's medium and large Each tooth is about seven millimeters long. Despite the packaging stating that it's made in China, it's not manufactured there. On the basis of its origin and price, I do not believe that it is As the blade of the Silky is interchangeable with the Pocketboy 170 blade, you can replace it when it eventually dulls with a Pocketboy 170 blade. However, the Realtree EZPac doesn't have the power or versatility to compete with the Hooyman pole saw when it comes to cutting trees. Plus, its size and portability make it an excellent choice when you want to save space and weight. In contrast to the 10 ft. version, the 18 ounces version weighs 18 ounces. "Hooyman's 57" is his name. The Hooyman is what I prefer in the preseason when I am clearing shooting lanes I will do a hang if I want to If I'm going to hunt and carry my EZpac, I'll do so. It is more likely that this saw will be used with a 6 - 12-inch diameter pipe There will be a flex in that 8 foot branch. However, with a little patience, it will not only cut just fine, but also look good. Remember Without permission, it is illegal to cut live trees on public or private land. Having trouble with the blade when opening the saw is the reason why it only gets four stars, as the blade screw is too loose from the factory, and the blade is prone to flopping open when not needed. It is not a simple problem to solve As a result, there are many advantages To tighten it, it requires 2 extremely large flathead screwdrivers(not everyone will own them) and they are stronger than standard threadlocker. As soon as I tightened the screw, it worked perfectly.
It's solidly constructed and of high quality. The price is excellent and they are perfect for trips into the woods for tanning sessions.
Compact and lightweight, has good cutting ability, but is a little too flexible, which may cause it to bend. Overall, though, I think you did a great job!.
Attaching the pole to the attachment is very stable as well as heavy-duty. While the nut and bolt that holds the blade in place may be sufficient to use by hand, it is not appropriate for pole operation. When I used mine the first time, it failed.
Great tool to have. I have been using zip ties to attach other hand saws to branches for a long time. I never thought of this and am wondering why I didn't use it sooner.
A small, easy-to-use device that can be carried wherever you go.
