Does this knife have a better build quality than the rest of their line? is high when compared to the rest of the offerings from this company. ?

The eldris matches the quality of my mora stainless companion and mora stainless orange bushcraft, and I find the build quality just as good However, the design of the handle's handle is better than the one on the lower tier.

In addition to the knife without the sheath, what is the overall length? A number less than 5 is ideal for me. Is 25" enough?

However, I have no experience with your specific application, but the knife seems to hold down well
4/5

The straps and band for the neck kit would prevent it from falling out, but the straps and band are leather, so it is likely not suitable The sheath has stiffened and I have attempted to remove it by indirect impact (holding it upside down in my hand and hitting my wrists together) but I have not been able to get it to come off. This is a friction fit, but one that is very firm.

The knife is great, but the sheath is terrible
5/5

Let me first say that I really like the knife. I really do like it. I love it! As a first step, the knife is unable to be securely inserted into the case. The sheath moves when you shake it, so that is easy to hear what is happening inside it. When I put the knife in the sheath, I find that mine does not "click. " I am very pleased with the way my Mora companion fits into the sheath, it slides in without any movement at all and sounds like a nice click when it is secured. A second problem I have is that my sheath looks either worn out or This item has some scratches on it and one of the retention pieces inside looks worn and could be the reason for the first issue. Although I purchased the neck kit, the leather strap of the knife ensures that it will not slip out on me, so I am not worried about it falling out. However, it is Finally, there is no means for it to be attached to your belt. I know that it is a neck knife, but I would like either a belt clip or a pocket clip so that it can be removed with one hand. It's also worth noting that the handle of the knife has a small scratch on it as well. Though the knife is great, it needs to be a bit longer. This is a very sharp knife that cuts easily and feels good in my hand. However, I suspect that quality control was not that good or perhaps I had received an old knife. I have updated My plan for mine was to turn it into a small fire kit based on a YouTube video from Sootch and Ultimate Survival Tips. <extra_id_13>. -Used some ranger bands to hold the fire steel and SOL Tinder-sticks to attach the fire steel To finish, I added quick tabs to the sheath and covered the sheath with Titan survival cord. I was very happy with the outcome.

What a great idea! My heart is in it
5/5

Which is better, to own a neck knife kit or not to own a You're doing a great job! My heart is in it. waited a long time to get this one, and I am thrilled to get it in my hands. This is my first Morakiv, but I remember Cody Lundin wearing one on every Dual Survival episode, so that's a pretty convincing endorsement from a fan. Sandvik steel is a big selling point for me based on its quality and looks very impressive. Although it is small and lightweight, I don't think you will be wearing it underneath your shirt. This is a work tool you can rely upon throughout the day. The red color of the bag absolutely captivated me upon arrival and I was so excited to receive it. As well, I What do you think about me? I'm the best, am I not? also love the color of it. Although the black one is cool, I almost bought it, but I wanted them to have an unnatural color to make them easy to spot while walking through the forest. This was an easy decision for me, but I had to ponder whether or not I truly needed the neck knife kit when I was also Are you in need of Not at all. In any case, am I satisfied with it? Yes, I do. I will tell you up front that this thing, no matter how strong it looks, WILL NOT just fall out of its Then and now. After using it a lot and having it in my house for a long time, I'd imagine it would loose some of its integrity, so I'm still happy with it. As well, the firesteel, which is included with this necklace, is very high quality, having the right size for adding to the necklace and raining sparks like a champion, especially when it is touching the spine of the As soon as the safety strap is snapped into place, it clicks into place with a satisfying click. I found it very useful as it holds the knife snugly and does what it was designed to do. It's safe to assume that you will spend at least $10 for this quality of steel if that's what you want, so the leather safety strap is just a bonus. It has been a pleasure to work with Morakiv on this.
